A good battery bank. It's a shame you can't take these on aeroplanes.
Perfectly fine to take on a plane

Cant put one in the hold, taking it on with your hand luggage is fine.
where is the 20% off code?
Have this gone, can't find the 20% code?
Also cant find code?
Heat added for the price although I can't see the 20% off code but... a lot of one star reviews from longer term users all experiencing similar problems
Kindly change the price to £22.49 as no 20% code is present. Heat given as it's still good price for a reputable brand. Bought it many times from then and always received good service

You absolutely can take these battery packs on a plane, but must be as hand luggage. This is due to fire risk, as they get incredibly hot if they go up.
Do you have to charge this or put cable in and connect your phone
How many times can it charge to 7.
Showing as 22.49 at checkout now

Biggest pile of balls that.. I used to get them delivered to Northern Ireland and then something changed and it's hard to get anker now unless it's stocked over here already.. hateful
I bought this for £28.99 last week minus the 20% off. Anyone know if Amazon will refund the difference?
Either way waste of money buy a cheaper cable

It's because of rules transporting them. Basically it's a mess and only a certain amount can be transported together in theory. I presume some post is sent to NI by plane which makes it even harder

???
Looks like they realised these were getting double-discounted and took the extra 20% promotion away, glad I snapped one up at 1am for 17.99

My bad, the last time I looked I was reading that 20,000 mAh was the limit allowed. Now it looks like you're allowed 100 Wh. This powerbank provides 75 Wh so it is fine.

Mistakes were made

Yeah something definitely changed and it might have to do with royal mail I'm not sure bit Amazon have their own logistics here so I don't get it, we can send batteries from here.

I'd rather not buy one from ebay

It was RM - they kept holding the parcels as suspicious & taking weeks to deliver them - happened with this very item for me & also with cleaning products - can understand them being cautious, but it is annoying.

EDIT Oh and amazon did not help - some labelling on the parcel would have helped, e.g. contains Lithium battery. I think some retailers mark them as do not fly - surface mail only. There must be a market for an NI mail forwarding service - take recently I wanted to order a £40 hand luggage case - until £25 delivery was added, instead of free for mainland!

Is the 20,100mAh based on the 3.7V of the internal battery or the 5V output? Never known which it is.
Hi actually one of these got taken off me on a flight from Turkey to Birmingham . they were checking everyone's hand luggage. They told me that it was new regulations and they disposed of it. I was gutted but they were taking them from other people too.
So I would be careful telling people that they can take these on flights. My flight was just a few weeks ago
The strange thing is I flew from Birmingham and it was fine. It was on the way back they checked my hand luggage and took it. They had a template they were checking the size of the power banks with and it would have to have been a lot smaller to pass
isn't this expired?

So I assume they either offered to check in your bag for free, or to reimburse you for consifcation of your property?

The Anker website states it provides 75 Wh so it must be based on 3.7v.

I got this Aukey one with quick charge 3, it's currently £19 but I got it in a lightning sale for £14 so might go down again. Very happy with it, especially the fast charging with my phone and its just slim enough to fit in my switch case

I had in my hand luggage. I have always done it on the past but they were checking everyone's hand luggage and confiscating power packs. They didn't reimburse me or offer to ship it. I didn't have a bag shipping over. Only had hand luggage

I would definitely not have allowed the theft of my belongings and would have complained at the highest level.
