Really well put together. Made of aluminum so whole body is a radiator
"one of the most compact", who are they kidding, it's massive!

"possibly the fastest charger for any phone or tablet", well unless you need PD

I'm guessing this is a few years old now

No usb c power delivery or main switch . These have to taken out otherwise drain car battery . New ones have main switch which can be turned off . So can be left in the cigarette lighter socket with out draining battery .

No it will be higher voltage with Quick Charge, not 8 2 amps current . Higher current can cause heating losses and start fire .

He? You mean, drain battery overnight? Could you please show me a modern car with cigarette lighter power circuit ON, when car engine is not running?

All the cars can power all radios, clocks etc from battery etc when car engine is not running There is one click in the starter key where it switches everything off . But it is not perfect. Otherwise keyless door entry and car alarms will not work. So it is not turned off in all cars .

Agree...but cigarette lighter is off.. safety BS and stuff. It is always off when key is not in starter and in pos I. That's why for example you got to hardwire your dash cam if you want your car secure on car park etc.

Doesn't your car cigarette charger swtich off when you turn off the ignition? I can't remember any car I've ever had that had a live cigarette charger with the ignition off

Exactly.
P.s. My grandpa's Fiat had it constantly on, car from 76'. He slept inside of it on inflatable mattress (golden era when you could put front seats completely flat) and lighter was pushed into the socket... Fire woke him up during middle of a night
