I don't know why, but I am always suspicious of all the glowing 5 star reviews Anker stuff gets. The speakers are ok, but nothing amazing.

£32 seems about right, tbh.

One thing to be aware, some have reported issues of audio ramping up and down due to an overly aggressive audio filter.

Yea I agree, as with most reviews on Amazon, but whilst it's the lowest price, it's worth a go 😃

I've got version 1 of this and love it. Can't comment on v2 though.

Suspect it's less of a long shot and more of a scam of some sort - there's been dozens of similar low price items appear from US marketplace sellers recently - no idea how the scam would work, as presumably Amazon will eventually refund assuming the items don't turn up as they never existed in the first place.

This might shed some light on how the scam would work.

I'm alaways the same with those reviews, but I bought one of these for £28 on prime day to take on holidays etc (got sonos all over the house at home). I was actually really impressed with the sound out of this little thing and to be honest had I paid full price I don't think I'd have been disappointed either. Worth a purchase and if you do think it's pap, send it back as Amazon are great for things like that.
Been waiting for a few weeks for my Camel price watch to hit the £32.99 mark for this speaker and think this is a great price for a superb speaker.

Purchased last night along with the Anker travel case for it which is £10 at the moment too amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1

The deal appeared on HUKD for few minutes then was marked as a spam and removed
I saw this on Prime day at £27 and have been wanting it since then (should've ordered). This isn't too far away! Got a few Anker products. The quality is superb.
Warning when i bought this i returned this due to audio fluctuation
Should I go for this or the Bayan Soundbook Go at 24.99? Help greatly appreciated
Received one of these as a present. Truly superb, were it not for the fluctuating volume.

Seems like it's a recent thing from reading the reviews, so may be a bad batch.

Given that Anker only sell direct the comments are warranted.

Amazon Marketplace is full of scams. You're protected and ultimately it will be Amazon who picks up the tab but the scam usually involves fake tracking numbers and stalling tactics until they receive payout from the sale.
£45.99??
Well, mine did have the fluctuating sound problem. So last night I left a review on Amazon and this morning I woke up to an email from Anker apologising and offering me a free upgrade to the Boost version.

Pretty impressive customer service 😃
