Thought these were a decent buy at £79.99 on Friday but they've dropped another £10 for today so £30 off RRP

  • Diamond-Coated Driver: Liberty 2 wireless earphones take advantage of the ultra-light, yet rigid structure of diamonds to create a driver dome that maintains its rigidity, even when vibrating at high frequencies. It produces sound with flawless accuracy and treble that sparkles full of detail. Around its exterior is an elastic, bass-maximizing ridge to reproduce thumping low frequencies.
  • Up to 32 Hours of Playtime: A single charge gives you up to 8 hours of listening, while the charging case extends it to 32 hours. When you’re short of time, charge for only 10 minutes to enjoy 2 hours of listening.
  • HearID Technology for Personalized Sound: Take the test to create a custom set of EQ settings that are optimized for your ears. HearID maps your hearing sensitivity at multiple frequencies and intelligently analyzes the results to give you a truly personalized listening experience.
  • Rock-Solid Fit: Soundcore’s proprietary GripFit technology enables Liberty 2 wireless earphones to sit securely and comfortably in your ears—simply slide in and twist to lock. You’ll receive 7 pairs of EarTips of different sizes and lengths, as well as 3 pairs of EarWings to personalize the fit to you.
  • aptX Technology: Ensures Liberty 2 wireless earphones receive sound with the highest possible quality when streaming from a Bluetooth device. Likewise, low-latency transfer enhances your video watching experience by keeping the audio in sync.

Reviews say there is a lot of bass on these similar to the cheap chinese ones, I was tempted but think I will pass
Shame they are not the pro's
Wow these are dropping as I thought they would. Cracking deal and this would have been my biting price had I not got the galaxy buds from Very. Don't be too surprised if this price becomes the usual for these although it'll probably be through the extremely common offer every few weeks

They've got the Pros down to £110 as well (price is £120 plus there's a £10 voucher) which isn't bad but I don't think I can justify the extra £40.

No. Jabra sell a few models with Alexa support but they will be more like £100.

It can have - usually by long pressing a button. Even random generic cheapo Earbuds have this functionality.

This is what I thought too, there is nothing special about the Jabra models, they just happen to flaunt that they are Alexa certified. There is no 'built-in' Alexa in them - if there was, there would be no need to long press the button first. I'm a bit cheesed off with Jabra for being misleading here by implying they work like the Amazon devices. Oh and avoid the Jabra Elite 65t, I hear occasional crackingly/hissing from the left side.

The most reliable and reputable buds out there, the Samsung Galaxy Buds, do not work with Alexa, and loads of people have complained, but still no joy. only Google Assistant. Do you wanna comment?

Interesting. I've set my default assistant to Alexa. So the assistant activation button/jesture on the phone or other device activates this. Now that you've got me curious on this, I'll go try it on my all Bluetooth headphones/earbuds.
The previous deal has expired (69.99), the price has gone back to 99.99 but they've got a 20 voucher bringing it to 79.99.

Let me know when you have tested, I am interested because I am considering buying one of these, and Alexa is a must for me.
Cheers

These will arrive tomorrow so I can run some tests for you. I also got the Jabra Elite 65t and ordered the Senheiser Momentum Free. I'll run them through their paces.
