Whilst broswing Aliexpress single days offers I came across these Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo (upgrade) for a very decent price. I think they are around £40 on Amazon. A friend has the previous versions and he claims they produce excellent sound.

Potentially cheaper for a new user.

They look to be £56 on Amazon which makes this a proper bargain!

Have a pair of these and they're as good in terms of audio quality as my Sony WF-1000X wireless buds that won all sorts of awards a few years back. The major difference is the Anker's DON'T drop out constantly. I paid £40 on offer at Amazon a while ago and they were a bargain at that price!

play/next/previous. fairly basic all told although in call controls are a bit more comprehensive

Good price OP. I paid in US$ with Revolut and it came to £22.46.
I’ve just had a pretty bad experience with Xiaomi redmi AirDots from gearbest (sound quality awful compared to my other pair of AirDots) so I’m just wondering if these are indeed real anker headphones...does anyone know?

Cheers. How's the bass? Can you turn 'bass up' off?
so the sound quality of these any good compared to other Anker products??
Are these available from Anker official store as indicated in title? Cant find them at this price on their website

I don't think the bass is artificially high; they're definitely not in that horrible Beats category of bass laden crap

As I understand it, these are sold by Anker via Aliexpress, very much like how they are sold on Amazon via AnkerDirect.

Thanks again. Do they stick out you ear much? I need them to be quite discreet. I was going to buy gt1 over the qs1 because of this

The AliExpress ones are definitely not the same as these. The AE are only IPX5 whereas these are IPX7. So I suspect the AE are the older version. Still a good deal though.

Just got through, wasn't working on mobile GB, so used desktop and went through the US link.
Just bought these too as that's a great price for what is reviewed as a great set of buds. I suspect Anker only have the upgraded ones in stock nowadays as the upgraded have been available for sometime, but I imagine the difference is small even if they are. For this price they are only a bit more expensive than the no-brands.
Good price for these.

I was looking at getting these Ankers recently, but instead opted for the following on Amazon:

amazon.co.uk/Wir…8-8

Maybe an option for those who don't want to buy from China.

You can normally get them for no more than £30 (currently have a £10 off voucher taking the price to £29.99). Decent enough bass once they are fitted into your ears properly. Haven't had them fall out on me when running on a treadmill a few times.
Thanks OP - ordered a couple of pairs.
@Stealth_Fox can you make calls with them? I mean, most of the cheap bt earbuds offer poor call quality both ways especially in a loud - street conditions.
My mate and I have compared these with the Xiaomi Airdots and found that the Airdots suffer from a bit of latency which is noticeable when watching video. I'm very tempted to buy a pair but can't justify it when I've only just got the Airdots.
Oh and one things for sure, I found that Ankers customer service is excellent!

Same here I had some wireless earphones before (whatever you call the ones with a wire but don't plug into your phone etc) and they straight replaced them when I had problems.

I've had the Soundcore2 speaker off them as well and it's been excellent for my kitchen/party's so I've gone for these, £20 with code so thanks OP.

Any chance that it's a typo on the Aliexpress site? They're the upgraded Neo version and seem identical in every other respect.

I don't think so. Amazon say the upgraded model is A3911. While AliExpress model is A3906. Amazon's cheaper Liberty Neos (not upgraded) are £35.99 so more likely those.

Ah OK.

Looking at the reviews, nearly all are for the Liberty Lites. Beginning to doubt they're the Neos at all!

But the £35.99 ones are also model number A3911

Edit: These have 3.5 hours of playtime rather than the 5 of upgraded ones, so that's OK after all. Bit cheeky of Aliexpress to put 'Upgrade' in the title though.

Nearly! The more expensive ones are the AK- A3911. Better to compare the ASIN numbers. If I thought the Aliexpress were the upgraded ones I'd definitely had bought them.
amazon.co.uk/gp/…TSF bought these and found they don’t work with iOS 13. Tried two phones with iOS 13 both drop out fine on everything else. Are the others mentioned okay for the latest iOS?

I'd raise a dispute with them and you should get a few quid back
