Love my Anker headphones, great quality
Great headphones but a little to much bass even with it set to normal

BassUp button muddles up music on my Life 2 model (bought as part of a giftset many of you in-here will be familiar with), definitely useless imho but bassheads would disagree. You can tweak equalizer in your music app to compensate if needed.

Life 2 tuning could be slightly different than this, with flagship Space model being truly darker, bass-heavy, getting worse reviews as a result than rest of Soundcore family.

I find mine exquisitely balanced (BassUp off), great clarity in vocals, very good separation and detail, good enough bass, it sounds fab for less than £50, sounds so much more expensive; don't get me started about comfort, quality build (despite it being plastic, earcups are luscious) or battery life

This price is almost insulting, though this model doesn't have ANC.

Anker headphones are for big heads... look elsewhere if yours is small

If you used these with a phone, what can you do to turn down the bass as these are supposed to be a bit bass heavy,is there an app that you can use and if so can anyone suggest one please

Spotify uses phone in-built equalizer, check Spotify settings and tweak it

Alternatively, there's plenty on Play Store, this one was posted here when it became free of charge, many others around

play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=equalizer.bassbooster.musicplayer.theme.pro

Best music apps like Poweramp have equalizer you can adjust with less bass, like @Jhey suggests

Finally, you can save your money for a more neutral model, like my Life 2

Hi thanks,I'm new to this and have been looking at headphones for ages,so when I drag music off my pc that I will have on the pc from copying my cds I assume on to mp3,where do they go to on an android phone so I can play them,do I need to go to google play and get an app that will store those albums so they can then be played?
I haven't ever kept up with tech so have no idea how these things work
I'm only going to use my own cds as I can't afford to use a subscription service as I survive on carers allowance so I can't afford a monthly bill

You can transfer the music with a cable to your phone or music player, from iTunes or Windows Media Player

...or you can upload the files to a free cloud storage service and download them later onto your phone, all wirelessly

You're welcome, tbh I doubt these are as bass-heavy as claimed above, it's a great deal
Price has gone up
60 hours, that's insane?! What sound quality like and comfort anyone?
yep - deal gone. Anker headphones still on there, but for some reason these are no longer included.

How does it compare to the pair in this deal post? I’m looking for some headphones for this price for movies and the gym. But don’t want to pay above £45.

Tbh, I wouldn't use Anker over-ears on the gym - they're pretty large so easy to slip or fall off, plus they're not sweat resistant

These don't have nc, that's difference with Q20

You've got these Anker in-ears for sports, on/over ears with sweat resistance more difficult to find below £45

hotukdeals.com/deals/anker-soundcore-spirit-sports-wireless-bluetooth-headphones-in-black-1245-delivered-at-amazon-germany-3383194

You can also go truly wireless in your price bracket

hotukdeals.com/deals/taotronics-sound-liberty-53-2019-version-3385457

One advantage of on/over ears is that you can use a cable to watch videos, as otherwise there may be latency issues with YouTube, will let you know if I come across a pair for sports hitting your budget

(Edited: Plantronics Backbeat Fit 500 may be what you're looking for, maybe on eBay hitting your budget)
