There is currently a recall on this speaker  ( Model A3102 ) If you have this model, register it with the company and they will send you a newer model.

Soundcore has published a recall notification about the below product that you have bought on Amazon.co.uk due to the following risk: fire.

A small amount of them are at risk but enter your serial into their site and if affected they will send you a new one FOC.

Amazing Speaker, only this that lets it down is it's a Micro USB charger and not a Type C... But saying that, I swear the battery last a good few months lol

Anker just issued a product recall on an earlier batch of this model for exploding batteries.

Sure it's all fine but to be aware of.

Definitely. Better water ingress protection, better speakers, louder, USB C.

This is the model that's just had a safety recall due to risk of fire, I've just sent mine back and am looking at alternatives.

I have the same speaker but apparently newer batch than the affect recall batch. Check your serial number underneath the speaker on the Anker site. If affected batch they will send you a new speaker and supply you with disposal sites in your area for the affect batch. uk.soundcore.com/pages/a3102-recall (edited)
