Received my speaker - and here are my initial thoughts. The packaging was in a similar vein to the past products - if you have seen one of them, then you know what to expect. Easy to open, easy to get to the actual item, and I was on my setting it up within seconds.

The speaker itself is bigger than I thought. about as tall as a pencil, maybe. It has a good weight to it, and feels solid. There are three round buttons on the side (Vol+, vol-, and play) The on/off button is located on the base of the unit. There is also a covered slot for the micro USB port for charging, and a microSD slot. This is great, because if you wanted to save battery (on your mobile and your speaker), you can disable the BT and run off the card. I have not tried it, but I would assume that the speaker will play each in order, and not shuffle them.

The unit says that it is splash proof on the bottom, and the sound is great - you could place it in the center of a group, and they would all hear it clearly. On my brief testing, I couldn't tell if the sound was stereo.

It paired easily with my Nexus 7, running Lollipop - and the Trusted Device option came up, too.

I tested it with a YouTube video, and the sound was clear and in sync - and loud. I have a cheap BT speaker [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sweet-Speaker-Bluetooth-Rechargeable-integrated/dp/B00CHLW3DC], and this is louder than that.

Will have a longer play over the next few days. Any questions, I'll try to answer them. In summary, although it was twice as costly as my cheaper BT speaker, on first impression, it is also a much better product...

Not sure, but this code 22YXFEGY may work when placing an Amazon order. Please let the thread know if it does

Received mine today to give for a gift. Look and feel wise, its rubberised, solid and little taller than the JBL flip but only about 5cm wide.

I really like how its sounds almost like 360 degree sound, its got decent bass which surprised me and you wont be disappointed with the volume (it went higher than was comfortable to be near). Possibly lacking a bit of definition, its 2 x 1.5w but still sounds nice and rounded.

I like it compared to the JBL flip and thinking about getting one to listen to in the shower or out and about (the packaging calls it an outdoor bluetooth speaker. Its comes with a little bag, usb cable, a small carabiner clip and is well packaged.

As mentioned above there are 3 buttons, the vol + and - can also be used to skip tracks by holding the button down.

For £26 its great value.

Just ordered this for 24.99. Thanks.

great speaker
