Yeh got posted yesterday at £33.43

top speaker, compared to the supposed best speaker bose sound link mini 2 and the bass and sound out performs it imo, had this for over a year now and take it with me during business travels in hotels, incredible value. would highly recommend, dont buy bose, buy this, save yourself over £100, trust me.

Was a lightening deal yesterday at a higher price

I want my forty four pence back, dangit!

Missed this yesterday. Already have this speaker for just on a year now. Absolutely fantastic little speaker, heavy bass (can be changed using equaliser settings on whatever you're using to play from). Excellent value at £32.99. Bought one for my daughter for Xmas so she stops taking mine!

Do these also do music from the micro SD card or are just a BT speaker?

My wife has a Bose and I have this Anker .... there is not much difference at all in sound quality at all and for this price it is an absolute bargain. Tempted to buy another even though I don't need one !!

Just a BT speaker.

Excellent speaker

Been waiting for a deal on these speakers as been wanting another. Had one for nearly 2 years (got it on the advice of HUKD people) & am absolutely delighted I brought it. Sound quality is great so would recommend it to anybody who's after a good quality speaker.
Thanks for the post op & heat added

ordered 1 for me.. not sure whether to get two for my sons

Too much bass IMO. I'd go for the JBL Flip 3 for £20 more. Available on Amazon and at Currys.

Why pay more if you can adjust the bass using the equaliser settings?

Anyone know how well this works with the Amazon echo dot?

Glad this is getting heat, it's my 1st post :). Can some tell me when this deal runs on on amazon, do I have to do anything on hotukdeals or does it expire automatically?

Ah yeh I see now. Someone said it was back in stock on the other thread but he, and myself hadn't seen the slightly lower price therefore creating this new deal.

I use this in the bathroom and just cover it with. towel when showering, no problems with it yet and been using it since March. Top speaker

You've saved people thousands £££. I'll just buy £10 speakers and headphones then from now on and adjust all the settings.... or maybe not.

The same person comparing it to JBL and others... It's got too much bass and sounds muffled. youtu.be/XMU…ENw You get what you pay for.

Actually, Otto was right. If that youtube video says it has too much bass and it's muffled, adjusting the bass EQ will actually help with both issues. Remove a little bass and then the highs will breathe more. Source: audio engineer

I belive if you use it with PowerAmp and adjust the equaliser settings to the personal preferences and to the music you listening to, it can sound just perfect.

Bought two of these last xmas... awful product, neither even charge any more. Have had to replace with Bose. I'd steer well clear.

It's possible they were a bad batch. Contact Anker support as they're very good.

As far as I know there are no bluetooth speakers that can do that. You need a multi-room speaker such as sonos or the panasonic ALL series although they are much more expensive than this. You can do it a bit cheaper with the chromecast audio which you plug into a speaker, such as these, and it supports multiroom/device sync.

Welshblob is spot-on with the Chromecast suggestion. I watched this video the other day as it showed the Chromecast Audio working in tandem with one another - youtube.com/wat…6k4

You could pick up a pair of Chromecast Audios and a pair of the Anker speakers for a similar effect.

welshblob

Yes it does

Many thanks, give my chromecast Audio a go...

Actually its what I'm trying to do myself having bought a couple on the recent £15 deal from Currys. I haven't fully tested them yet but so far i can see they have global and device volume control and a variable delay per speaker to sort out any sync issues. They can be a bit clunky depending on what app you are using to cast but its much cheaper than any other multi-room audio system out there.
I'm testing it with a view to getting the Google Home speaker when they are released in the UK. They will then act as a chromecast speaker in their own right and be able to control a group of them via voice control.

thank you. purchased

Can anybody who has one advise me on how long on average the battery lasts for please?

Are you trying for surround sound? This solution won't be real "surround sound", as both stereo speakers are outputting the exact same thing, not separating instruments and sounds.
With 2 or 4 of these, it would just be blasting the exact same sounds at you from different directions

Heat for me. ones ordered .Thank added

Heat, Xmas stocking filler for the Mrs sorted! She's been after a powerful bt speaker abs aukey always seems to do good stuff that lasts in my experience.

Cheers op
