Depends on where you've left your rucksack.

Is this loud enough to hear from in your rucksack while youre cycling??

In the interests of stopping you doing that, No, it isn’t.

It's ok, happens to me as well.
After a speaker but I think I’ll leave it for prime day
Thanks! Bought one. It’s one of those things that you don’t need but simply can’t resist such a good offer.

In two minds what to do, I have an echo dot and want a bit more power, was waiting for prime day to get the bigger Amazon echo, but wondering if plugging the echo into this would be just as good? Any thoughts?

I'd be surprised if this was better than the full size Amazon Echo but it will be better than your Echo Dot.
£39.99 for me?

Says "prime exclusive" in the description , what are you missing ?

Was doing that for me as well, click on the blue variation then back to the black, that's what fixed the pricing for me.

Great speaker, battery lasts forever and has a lot of bass for the size.

If you're cycling enough to want music while you do it could I maybe suggest looking at bone conduction headphones. They'll run you more than this speaker for sure (quite a bit more if you want a really good pair) but they'll let you listen to music on the go without stopping you hearing what's going on in your surroundings or deafening strangers/ wildlife.
Are these much better than the original Anker Soundcore? Anyone made the 'upgrade'?
I have tribit xsound go. How is this one compared?

Cheers buddy but thinking I might hold out for the flare mini from Anker advertised on Amazon. Tempted to order early to see how it is but can't justify it at 49.99.

The flare+ looks good at 25w output but at over £100 it's too expensive at the current price to be worth taking a punt on.
How's the bass on this?

Really interested in the bone headphones. All Amazon brands are fake/chineese, any idea which brands and models are good?

Wow looks good at that price. Though I'm concerned that these speakers don't put out good sound. Amazon does have a generous returns policy so I am tempted to get this and see how it goes. Still waiting for prime day in case it falls in price. I'm happy to do another returns.

I personally think they sound good but don’t think they sound amazing like the Amazon reviews say but if you get one for £20 ish then there is no better sounding speaker for the cash. I’ve gone from £10 to £50 and I think that a soundcore is the best bang for buck when on sale. (Which is like every few months)
Personally I love mine. But don’t go expect sound quality like JBL Flip or Bose sound link 2 etc

Yes and that's my concern. So much hype on Amazon but most if not all reviews are for earlier non updated versions. There are little to no reviews for this updated version on the internet. So taking this deal with a huge chunk of salt. I don't mind paying the money but the sound has to be right.

JBL flip and Bose are both very very good from what I have seen. They are definitely worthy of hype.
Not bad for the money, my wife has the Anker and it's ok sound for the money. I just bought a JBL, yes it was more £££ but the difference is night and day!
I bough this for £40 over a year ago and it’s well worth that value. So to see it at this price makes it an absolute steal! Waterproof so it can come in the shower, great quality sound for a device of that size and prize. Get one!

This would be better as you can set it away from the Dot meaning loud music won't drown out your commands. I have the Echo and a dot and this is what I do, actually connect to sound bar indoors and to this speaker in the garden.
This speaker is ok but not half as good as their own Soundcore Boost which can be had for £40 every so often. The boost is an unbelievable little speaker.
