Anyone bought one of these? Are they any good?
I bought one new (not refurb) for this price a month or so ago for my MacBook retina (12-inch) with single thunderbolt port.

Use it when at home and it provides enough charge to hook it up to a 21-inch 1080p display, two external SSD drive in enclosures and a 2TB 5400rpm spinner.

Think it’s only supposed to support one external drive at a time but being non-mechanical the power draw is less and I’ve had no issues.

Think the actual Power Delivery is closer to 85watts rather than 100w so may be a concern for MacBook Pro users, but fine for mine to charge even when under load. I also often copy 30GB+ of camera RAW files to one of the external drives and it doesn’t give up.

All-in-all very well built and compact. No Ethernet though which is a potential downside for some.
Has anyone connected one of these to a Nintendo Switch? Wondering it can output via the HDMI to function as a travel doc?

Just answered my own question. Buried in the description is

Incompatible Devices:
iPad Pro 2018
Nintendo Switch
Apple USB SuperDrive
Original Dell XPS 13 stock adapter Original Samsung phone and tablet stock adapters

shame.

Was about to ask the same. Switch seems really picky.
I've bought a couple of ugreen branded usb-c hubs with a variety of outputs for a bit under £20 They work great with samsung Dex to give a mobile desktop. They also worked well with my laptop one of the ones I have doesn't have PD so make sure you pick all the options you need but great quality. I also tried and returned another brand with ethernet and this didn't appear to work with my phone the connection kept dropping so was unusable. It did work however with a PC.
