Will this charge a pixel 2xl at full pelt
Will this charge a Nintendo switch?
I was always told your device will only take the power that it needs for charging, but that was when there were 1amp chargers Id use on something that normally came with a 0.5amp plug.

These days with these super powerful plugs like this one and nothing comes with a plug anymore in the box, does anyone know if I will fry my devices that have a rating of 1amp and I use this puppy please?

Nope, and you don't want it on USB-C. You only want QC3 on USB-A ports.

They're both around 15W, so charging speed is more or less the same.

Thanks, I just didn’t fancy paying the price Apple wanted. While I was in there they were charging customers £29.99 for a screen protector including fitting it so not the cheapest service out there

Partly. You need a 18W (minimum) charger with PD for the best speed on an iPhone 11.
