I'm sorry to jump on your comment but I'd really, really appreciate some …I'm sorry to jump on your comment but I'd really, really appreciate some help as I'm completely confused by electrics and you clearly know more than me! Could you be so kind as to point me in the direction of a safe, minimum 2 usb plug? Only 1 port needs to be fast charge. Many thanks!

bang for buck anything advertised as quick charge 3.0 seems good value, just check your phone supports quick charge (it should). You can can normally charge up to 80% in 35 minutes

amazon.co.uk/RAV…8-6

amazon.co.uk/TEY…-11

the 'real' super fast chargers tend to have 1 port
amazon.co.uk/Ank…-17

I think many people who buy these 27w chargers think they are getting 27w charging to their phone and never realise its only 12w.

Sneaky marketing imo, anker know folk buy a phone that says '27w fast charge', so they search amazon with this phrase and this comes up recommended by amazon. Most wont read the small print that says "5V==5.4A(2.4A max each port)" and then calulate this is more like 12w per port. That doesn't mean this isn't good value if you aren't bothered about faster charging.

You have no idea how useful all that is, thank you so so much! I wasn't expecting such a comprehensive and easily understood response, the number of hours I've spent looking but not understanding anything is embarrassing. Your effort is hugely appreciated, thank you very much!
About 12w per port max, its not a fast charger by today's standards

Shame black version isn't on sale
Decent charger. Bought 2 but 1 broke. Previous experience with Anker leaves me with confidence they will replace it.

Got one to replace the standard 5w apple charger. Best decision ever. Charges much faster now
Great charger. Wish they did a US plug!
I can't get away with these. First one I had made a high pitched noise and the 2nd one does not seem to have the power to charge Airpods pro on a wireless pad.

It's frustrating you can't find a charging plug that has more than one true fast charging port. You have to read every single boring word on a listing to find out that the advertised rate is usually not what you get from each port, but from all ports combined!

Ideally a plug that has fast charge on all ports, either 2 or even 4 ports would be best. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack though.

Plus remember to make sure your charging cable also is able to receive the high charge rate you need.

Ironically, after reading every single word in this comment, I still don't know if this charger supports fast charging on all ports or not.
I had one of these but had to send it back as it was charging things sooooo slowly. Must've been a faulty unit. I ordered a RavPower one instead and it's much better

How about iphone 7 to X ?
Is this good for iPhone charging?
Thanks
Can anyone point me in the direction of something similar for use in UK, EU and US?
This is erfect when you go on holiday. One socket and you charge all mobile devices.
Got one of these. It’s fantastic, especially when travelling too.

Some Asian countries use the same plugs as Germany. I used this one in South Korea without issues.
