Not sure if strictly a deal as such, more a case that it is now back in stock.

This is a 5 port wall charger which is designed to charge a variety of Apple and Android devices at full speed - it's 'One Unique Charger for One Family'.

Some features of this wall charger:
• 5 ports designed to charge the iPad (2 x 2.1A), iPhone (1A), Samsung Tab (1.3A), and Android devices (1A) at full speed. Total max output of 5A.
• Compact, unibody design for added portability.
• Hardened-plastic outer shell and premium circuitry ensure lifetime reliability.
• AC 110-220V input voltage for use around the world.
• Package contents: Anker® 5-Port Wall Charger, 2.5ft / 76cm detachable power cord, user manual.

This is a relatively new product and seems to be really rather good (as per usual for Anker). All of the reviews on Amazon have been awarded 5 stars, and this is the lowest price that it's ever been offered. Sold by AnkerDirect and Fulfilled by Amazon. Delivered free with super saver delivery.

Would be a much better deal at £11.99, like it was a fortnight ago:

It may have been £11.99 a week ago but since I don't have a time machine I just bought one at £15.99- great value at this price too.

Have some heat.

I bought 1 at £11.99. so far so good

Don't need a time machine, just a bit of patience and wait for the price to drop.
Remember , you can't use all the 5 ports at once, as the max output is 5a

I'm voting cold as this is not the lowest it's been. I got it for £10 exactly on Oct 8th direct from Amazon UK. Paying 60% more isn't much of a deal, sorry!

But you can charge 2 android phones and a samsung tablet iirc...

Thought I recognised that text :-P
I think they came back in stock in the early hours of this morning. Still a good purchase at £15.99 in my opinion.

I was under the impression that the previous deal at £11.99 (with code) was the cheapest it had been sold. Price history. In fact it's because of the deal (and probably rather low stock levels) that they ran out. If you managed to buy it for a tenner, then you got a cracking deal. Pity you didn't share it so others could have grabbed a bargain! Seriously though, what do you think of the charger?

That's why I'm looking for another charger.

Anyway I don't have a 'fruit' device..So...1amp each is enough for me

Not sure what to say about camelcamelcamel, it's usually my Amazon gadget bible, but in this case it's dead wrong. Wish I'd bought two now, they're that useful. If I could work out how to upload an image in the thread using my phone, I would show you! might try to link it from my G+ account., that might work.

About the charger, I saw it in a lifehacker comparison and thought it looked ****' sweet, so I checked Amazon UK and found it for a straight tenner. I was going to go with the PowerPow up til then, but I was swayed because I already had the Anker E4 battery and two of the 'lipstick' batteries (£30 and £10 each for the lipsticks) and the combined amperage was 5 not 2.5 like the PowerPow.

I like the kettle lead that comes with it. Adds very useful length to the device for hard to reach plug sockets in hotels and such. also great for the office. I like the fact it can charge an iPad and a Samsung Tab and a smartphone at full speed at the same time.

As for not submitting it on here, I assumed as with most Anker stuff it was just decently priced. i had no idea i had a bargain until today.

I also ordered a 12v USB adapter thingy for the car with the wall charger for £6... can charge iPad and an Android tablet at full speed, useful for days out on hols.

Interesting that most of the reviews on Amazon are from people who received them for free, in exchange for a review.
I have no reason to think it's not a very good device though.

How do you get stuff for free? Post a review and Amazon give you one? If you post a review and then get a free gift you would never give bad review.

docs.google.com/fil…UU/ let me know if that link to my amazon order summary works.
