It wont charge ps3 controller though.
I heard that some mobile chargers may work as they keep the data connection alive. not sure which though.
It buzzes when plugged In to devices and they have reached trickle charge point/100%
Still a good bit of kit tho.
Will this charge
- An iPad mini retina
- An iPad 3rd gen
- A Nokia Lumia 920
All at the same time ?

Apples and Oranges.
Are you sure that wasnt the 25w version
Maybe so, but can you get it cheaper than this price right now, if not pointless voting cold (unless you can lend me your time machine)
This is the best charger I have ever owned, unfortunately I've smased mine to pieces whilst travelling, but it's still somehow holding together. Great for charging my phone, gf's phone and the tablet all at the same time - a life send when we are on holiday,
I use it to charge 2x nexus 7, sony xperia z, samsung galaxy 3 and it does it no problem. Not noticed any extended charging periods for any of them. Use decent usb cables though prob the ones hat came with each device.
Official Sony one also works well for other devices (iPhones etc.) Use it when we go abroad rather than taking multiple convertor plugs.
Don't be silly. We can all travel forward in time. So if it has been much cheaper in the past, and you don't need it right now, then it may be worth simply waiting for the price to drop.
Hence I find it useful when people post historic prices. Much like I find camelcamelcamel useful.
Official Galaxy Note 3 charger is 5V/2.0A 10W, this is 40W maximum up to 5V/8A, with smart ports to auto-adjust charging speeds to charge phones at their maximum speed, does that explains it to you?
Theoretically it does. In reality though, I've found the Note 3 to be fussy when it comes to chargers which are not it's own. And don't get me started on the Asus Transformer TF300T.
The one you got is the 5A version. This is the new 8A version.
I bought a letter organiser like this one from a car boot sale and modified it with a drill and some foam blocks to support a few devices charging at once. There are loads of gadgets to manage cables but they ultimately all look stringy if they are not hidden.
So i've been coming across/hearing of via the various previous feeds of this same Anker 5 Port Product on HUKD ..... its a shame I know?. :-)
Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!! .. is that Deal still on please? .. thanx. :-)
