Hope you can get a refund 99.99 at pcworld.

Worth noting that the supertruck doesn't just add a new vehicle it also adds unique game modes

No need for that. I'm not concerned about the deal, just my opinion. And also, it's £45 more as there is no guarantee of cashback.

You'd have to a 6 year old not to pay just £10 more for extras which would cost £70 - the truck (usually £50) and the Speed track (usually £20). I understand its your deal and you're excited and want it to do well, but on this occasion it doesn't beat the Argos deal 8)

Anki is great, but the big problem is support for mobile devices (and the need to own them in the first place). You'll find many phones aren't supported by the app. This is me talking about the original Anki: And a look at Overdrive (from the same channel):

Get a cheap Android phone or tablet - bring on the comments ! oO

Looks awesome. The only off-putting aspect is after they have lured you in with a £120 price point for starters, additional cars are £50 each! oO Along with the other accessory prices and upgrades! Also, looks like my 6 year old sons (hand me down) iPhone 4 isn't compatible either :(

No magnets, the cars can 'see' the track so know when to turn. You control speed and can steer (though it's really more changing between 'lanes') as well as managing offensive and defensive weapons. Also have the option for cars to be controlled by AI drivers so can always have a full grid racing. Think of it as mixing the top tier 'digital' slot car systems which let you change lanes (though only at specified points, Anki is much more flexible) with a video game like Mario Kart. Heck it's even price comparable to those system, decent Scalextric cars can be £40 or more and a similar set to the Anki starter set is around £100. Oh, and as the Anki system doesn't need to carry current the track is much more flexible so can be easily propped up to do multilayer courses and can even be split to form jumps if you want.

I think it scans the track first using AI so it knows where the track limits are. Looks good, my boy is saving up for it.
