Faux Leather so I'm not overly convinced on the RRP, but an identical chair/stool combo is available on Amazon here for £142 and seems to have decent reviews, so this seems reasonably priced.

Brown and black both available.

I have recently seen a bog standard fabric covered chair and footrest for £250 in a not exactly top-flight shop, so the RRP is not too unrealistic; plus the Amazon linked one is reduced from £200.
Probably a stupid question, but has anyone used this as an office desk chair?

Also found this made of bonded leather but looks not too dissimilar...

Had this chair. It was crap. Hot for the price but wouldn’t recommend.

Would you mind to elaborate?
I've had a couple of cheap "bonded leather" recliner chairs and the "leather" splits after about 18 months. Wouldnt buy another.

I've had one for the last 8 years for that purpose, it's really depends on your desk. I believe mine's too low for my desk, so you end up getting your wrists in a terrible position. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a height adjustable desk.

Somehow I made it work as it didn't bother me much until I got some pretty severe training-related injuries which made me look at my habits outside of training and this being one of them.

Hope that helps.

Sorry didn’t spot this.

Difficult to put my finger on. But the fake leather was poor quality, it was rickety, and just didn’t feel like an item of quality. Wasn’t particularly comfortable.

I know it’s not big money, but if I was to spend over 100 on a chair again it wouldn’t be this.
