Apologies for another Amiibo post, but Marth appears to be back in stock at game. Thought I would try and make someomes XMas instead of buying 10 and ebaying them like some scuummy people!

I doubt these were every as limited as it was let on. Nintendo said they were discontinuing them, then everyone went crazy and started buying them up. Yet two weeks later, everyday we see 2 or 3 "deals" posted that someone else has miraculously found some more stock.

Clever Nintendo.

I always have the mentality of buy something cause I like it and I want it, rather than something based on what everyone else wants and the rarity!! And I quite like these Amiibo's, have always had a massive Nintendo soft spot, but am only buying the ones I like and want.

Not the case with mine at all!? I order a few for store collection and there was only a sticker on it which easily peeled away without any cosmetic blemishes. Silly of them to do that to yours.

I actually had a friend of mine come round yesterday and I ripped open the Villager Amiibo I picked up from Amazon (who looks scarily like my nephew).

His face hit the floor when I did so. He was so shocked that I actually "opened it". Once I did he held the figure and was so impressed by it. I ask why he was so impressed when he has every Amiibo so far and a few duplicates and his response was that he hadn't actually opened any yet and he probably never would.

His logic blows my mind but my assumption is that a lot of other Nintendo fanboys feel the same. This from a guy who told me I was ridiculous for buying infinity figures!

Come on people, start using these things rather then scalping them!

Well said, I'm picking the ones up I like and unlocking the Mario Kart costumes. Also the AI on the Amiibo is pretty smart on Smash, makes offline play even more fun. Girlfriend isn't happy each time she spots a new one sat next to the tv. DK & Fox are great btw.
