A true icon amongst platformers and one of the most memorable games of all time
Challenging gameplay centered around survival, with a very strong cinematic feel
Reflex and timing-based action sequences mixed with orientation-based puzzles
Overview:
Another World chronicles the story of a man hurtled through space and time by a nuclear experiment gone wrong. You assume the role of Lester Knight Chaykin, a young physicist. You’ll need to dodge, outwit, and overcome a host of alien monsters and deadly earthquakes that plague the alien landscape you now call home. Only a perfect blend of logic and skill will get you past the deadly obstacles that lie in waiting.

In the 20th Anniversary Edition, apart from a remastered version of the game, you will find a 20 minutes long "making of" video of Another World, the technical handbook, the development diary and the soundtrack remixed by the original composer JF Freitas.

I preferred Flashback, But I guess that is personal preference, Nonetheless still a great game.

What you mean the first level;
run run run right - pig dog!
run run run left - chasm!
grab vine - swing right, over pig-dog
run run run right!!

I've never played it, saw this last night and wasn't sure if it's a good game but looking into it, seems like it's really popular!

IGN gave it a tough review, basically said it's aged horribly. I played into it a bit but didn't really enjoy it so have left it on my 'when i'm bothered' pile
