Plastic contamination in food . Asking for cancer . Cold.


Sadly, we live in a plastic world! An awful lot of food is sold in plastic, breakfast cereal, bread, milk, meat, baked beans, yogurts...the list goes on and even water! A bit of sous videing (?) isn't going to make a great deal of difference.

Especially if you use this STAINLESS STEEL sous vide in a STAINLESS STEEL pot.
I bought one love it pain to connect and keep it connected to WiFi though!

What do you use it for mainly?


Steak mainly, perfectly pink all the way through and a quick sear for a nice crust. There's loads of info online. I've done chicken, pork fillet, lamb, asparagus, carrots, eggs, cod...
