Have you tried a wife? Mine punches me and wakes me up every time I snore. Works.

I don't see how these could possibly work. In fact, by allowing a greater airflow through to the soft palate it might conceivably make the problem worse.
Does this actually work
If these worked, they would be free on the nhs. Save your 87p

I don’t have a tube and a bus
I think it's meant to be an acupuncture point but doubt it will make any difference.

So everything that will help someone is free on the NHS.
Are nose strips free, the ones that pull that area of the nose out to aid clearer breathing,
Look, I don't know what's wrongs with either of your noses, perhaps go to the doctors and you'll have a better idea of what the problem is,
But I have a deviated septum, my breathing is reduced in one nostril alone by 70%..
If I pull the outside of my nostril out a tiny amount near on full breathing resumes.
It would seem these are the plastic ones ,I might be wrong, but they are uncomfortable,
I use the rubber ones which once inserted increase my ability to breath through that nostril considerably.
They dont work for snoring but do work for keeping nostrils open allowing u to breathe a bit easier whilst sleeping. Had tonsillitis recently and they werent bad at all.
I snore like a pig. Doesn't generally bother me though cos I'm usually asleep at the time.

where did you get the rubber ones from? i have a similar issue and have been using the disposable plaster type ones.
Why would you need a ladder for the nose?

Thats great. I am glad they work for you. However, as an anti snoring device, they are not universally going to work. If, like you, a deviated sceptum is an issue, then rock n roll. However, for most snorers thats not going to help. One main reason is that some people snore whilst breathing through their mouth. So regardless of whether their nose is blocked or is as wide open as Man Cities goal against Liverpool, they snore because they breath through their mouth. Exactly the same reason why they stopped marketing those nose strips to aid sport- when you need to breath more you breath throuvh your mouth, so they are useless.
Anti snores stuff never work. When I travel around the world and stay in hostels with young people (I'm old) I do like a drink and stumble in bed and snore and get attacked. I feel like Trump or Nigel Farage at a socialist workers rally , not liked and prone to attack.
