Me too, although the confidence is lost long time ago 🤣
It's merely 20 pages long, not to say there's nothing useful therein. Heat added. 🌡

I suffer with social anxiety so this is perfect. Thanks Boz.
I wasn’t going to bother, until I saw how short these books are. Better 20 pages of interesting info than 200 pages of the usual waffle.
Two for the armoury, you never know life's paths. Thanks for the share
Thanks OP. I was looking for one of these since I have voted for Brexit!
Not meaning to hijack the thread, but I listened to a very insightful podcast about anxiety and mood disorders last night, if anyone wants a listen (Richard Herring usually hosts chats with fellow comedians, but still worth a listen, and it's not too grim).
Seems Johann Hari himself, as a journalist, attracts comments about plagiarism/dishonesty, not aware of that! Another comment says his views (I assume, about anti-depressant use) are "dangerous" - but I suppose it all depends on your specific issues and whether his opinions chime with you or not.

There's a counterargument here: theguardian.com/sci…ons
