mmmmmm cake.

Sounds good to me!

This offer was on in Ballymena (Northern Ireland) a couple of weeks ago ..... yummmmmmmmmmy:thumbsup:

Been on a while at my local one. It's only the small drinks, but hey, they're a good size anyway. Good selection of cakes.

Thanks, edited the description now.

Definitely a one for the biddies.

Last time this was posted i think it was said the offer was only on until the end of the month though.

Just had this in the Trafford Centre M&S. The woman behind the till said that a regular coffee was the same price as the small, just as the OP said, so bargain, since it works out cheaper than the coffee itself.

It is only after 2pm.

Throughout March, they have also brought back the take-away coffee for a quid.

What a cheek, I love coffee and cake and I'm not a biddie! (This offer is on in M&S Kensington High Street too.)

It was posted at the start of the month-but a great reminder.

We went today-i asked and they said at least until the end of the month.

£2 for coffee and cake - tip you can also have hot choclate-we had our 3 year old with us-so i asked if we could have a luke warm chocolate and they said no problem it was actually any hot drink i could choose from ! 3 drinks and 3 huge slices of cake for £6 instead of £13.54 !!!!

They also have all take out coffee for £1 until the end of the month.

Heat added.

That's what the highchairs are for, lol!

Stuffing his moosh with chocolate muffin (I swear he eats it quicker than I can, and it's just vicious rumour that he chews it) is about the only time my nearly 2 year old does sit still.

I think my local must be diddling me - they'll only give me a small drink. They do small or regular in mine just to clarify.

this has been running since jan.... so its not new ( and before u say not it hasnt i work in m&s )

theres always one......

ragamuffin runs quickly..just noticed he's called'boxer' =======>

Voted cold.

I asked for a Brabantia bin full of coffee, and a 3ft square cake made of platinum for £2.

When i was told 'no', I pointed the cashier to the declaration on here that 'ANY hot drink and cake was £2'.

She proceeded to explain that I was taking the deal far too literally.

She also called me a 'ponce'.

I used the £2 by changing it into 5ps and handing them out to tramps, which makes me feel like a philanthropist.

Good deal.
Normal price of £2.50 a slice of cake is very expensive!

If she called you a "ponce" you should report the incident to customer services.
That is out of order.
Chances are you'll get a voucher card for a few quid

You can't beat a cup of English tea and a bit of cake. If it's proper home-made cakes, this gets my vote. Scones with clotted cream anyone & don't call me a ponce?

Here we go again, cost/price analysis? Does M&S employ slave labours to make cake?

Then M&S can bar him from coming into the cafe for causing a nuisance or annoyance asking ritoricle questions like that. M&S are not employed to be abused at the expense of customers. I like to see what kind of job that "cheapo" does for a living & see if he likes been abused at his expense. "What goes around, comes around."

Nice try! :-D

Voting cold because the semantics of the deal are wrong.
