PC world are offering an AOC 22" monitor for £219. Strangely enough, it's not on their site, the closest I can find is their 19" one.
However, I can say it looks very nice at 1680x1050, has both DVI and VGA, and has had no problems with anything I've thrown at it so far today.

Hi Noxin, Welcome to HotUKDeals! I've added some info to the title Thanks for the post! Have you got the exact model number so we can price compare?

Thanks for sorting the title. I would have done it myself, but my fingers were on strike earlier. ;-)
The model/product number is 22W/N22W. There isn't a whole lot of information on the net about it. In fact there's chuff all specifically about it, although it appears to be a stretched version of the 19" monitor.

Is it the same as 22" AOC Monitor 210S Wide Screen?
Seems to be the only 22" on UK AOC's website but no mention of DVI:

So maybe this is a newer version with DVI as 210S is below £200 everywhere...

Also, there seem to be plenty of similar specced 22" for lower prices

at £177.88

maybe aoc 210v, best seller in Asia

I went into my local PC world today and saw this monitor. They had it at £229.99. I have done a bit of detective work.

The label on the shelf said AOC L22A and a search of the web does show a hungarian site selling an AOC L22A (see first link below). No other countries seem to sell an AOC L22A. No mention of it on the AOC Europe site.

The front of the monitor had no product name or number, but the back had AOC 22W N22W (and also L22BW)

It DOES have DVI and quoted figures are 5msec, 300cd, 700:1

I think AOC also sell under the brand name Envision and I think it is sold in the USA as Envision G22LWK, see second link below (for a not very good review)

I notice PC World are selling some desktop PCs with a 22" AOC monitor so maybe they bought a job lot. See the third link to PC World site below, the monitor looks very similar to the one from the hungarian web site.
