Cracking price. I have looked at this a couple of times but the one thing that puts me off is that it is VGA only, not DVI.

Heat added for the price drop though.

looks great except vga and only 1366 x 768 @60hz resolution, personally I think better to pay more and get dvi and full HD res.

Was selling very well at £69.99 on Tuesday, and yet they've knocked ANOTHER £10 off! Very strange oO

Yes. not very recent technology
if its LED the it would be nice to add a digital input too

Shame not full hd but for the price voting hot

Thanks - Ordered and voted hot.

Resolution a bit low IMO, just 1366 x 768.

I thought screens this size used to be 1440 x 900?

would this work with my laptop as my screen is broken?

That's for a 16:10 ratio screen, which is much more useful as a monitor for general computer use. Most now are 16:9 which is better for watching DVDs and TV. Unfortunately it suits the manufacturers to make 16:9, so that's what most are these days.

Excellent price...The difference between VGA and DVI in quality is nothing at that resolution so not worth worrying about

Given the price, Hot

Actually, I would argue you could have a look at, hotukdeals.com/dea…388

1600x900 resolution for £75.

can i used in this as a wall-mount display?

good price. I have 18.5" and my gf says its big enough for her.

Absolutely - 768 pixels are just not enough for any real work, and they are annoying even for web browsing.

You people do make me laugh - this is a post for a delivered LED monitor for under £60. Why all the comparisons to more expensive products with different specifications - constructive criticism is all well and good when it is actually constructive.

I have two monitors on my desktop, one 24" and one 19" and whilst the 24" is a higher resolution you can't see any difference for everyday use. The laptop I am on now HP DV6 is set at 1366x768 and looks pretty damn good.

The last comment quoted above is complete nonsense - I am hoping it was written with sarcasm but fear not.

There is an advantage in having 1440x900 over 1366x768 and this could be very useful information for any potential buyer.

My 5 year old 19" lcd cost around £100 and It has 1440x900 and DVI.

1366x768 is fine for a lot of people but for what I use my PC, even 1440x900 is too low.

IMO I don't think LED adds that much value. It does mean brighter images and lower power consumption but even my old CCFL backlight LCD needs turning way down!

This is an excellent deal but I definitely think It is useful to discuss the advantages/disadvantages of this monitor. Yes, It is only £60 but I would hate to be stuck with this monitor for years when for £40-£60 more I could get a full hd 22-23" led monitor with digital inputs...

good price. I have 4.5" and my brother says its big enough for him.

just edited it to the truth for you.

It does say wall mountable above

Just bought one for dual display ! Bargain.

I have one of these.

Its okay.

It looks good as it is ultra slim.

The prices are very cheap. But so is the build quality.
The screen surround can almost be prised off.

Also a big let down is the stand. Although the monitor is slim. The adjustments mean that you can't actually put it flat against a wall of example. So it takes up a bit of deskspace when it shouldn't be rights.

Overall i dont think you can moan for the money. If you want a really good monitor then you'll have to pay double/treble.

HAHAHAHA!!! best comment i've seen on here ever! i loved that so much

it says that Depth: 182 mm, that is NOT slim, is it?

182mm isn't slim at all, I'm guessing that includes the base stand, so total depth from front-most point to rear-most point.

and wow, still 1 left, it's like it's calling for me... But no, I'm waiting for a 3D screen, I'll wait...

(and they just updated the listing as I was typing this, there's now over 10 availble)
