If I was to buy one, I would save the £25 and buy the AOC over the F & H.

Not that I need one at the moment! lol

Buy which time, you will have an itch to get a new screen!

I would still save the £25 and get the AOC, but I see your point.

I would only be buying a no-brand like these for secondary use though, bedroom probably, where it isn't used in bright daylight like in a living room as the specs are not as high as a middle name-brand

Not so sure everyone would buy it as a second TV though.

It isn't a " no brand, " AOC is a brand name, unlike the F&H one.

Well, I can be pretty sure that is isn't a known TV brand, and it is sold universally and only through PC Box-shifters; just like the F&H one, sold almost exclusively by one particular box shifter, EBuyer.

AOC is a worldwide brand, they have their own website;

aoc-europe.com/en/…php

It is known to me, has been for a long time.

I think nihcaj takes things to personal!

Again, would agree, AOC is way better than F & H.

any good?

Personally I would pay the £15 more and get better contrast, better response time and, most importantly, 2 x10 watts as opposed to 2 x 5 watts. Also 3 HDMI which all adds up to a much better spec.

Just my preferences, YMMV.
