You get used to the size
Not sure why people cannot cope with the size, it's perfect with a 5700XT @ 1440k with all settings set on ultra. Pictured with a 24"/32"/24"

was for the same price on amazon during the last 2 days, 12 were in stock and all sold out. Scan had this for even £137.

It feels weird at first. Then it feels normal, and every other monitor you use is far too small.
(32" 4k on desk at home. Wouldnt go back!)

Hmm, I didn't open the 27 yet, so may have to buy a 32 and compare for myself
Actually is too big. 27 is the sweet spot. Remember youre up close to a monitor its not a TV you sit miles away from. But i play games so if youre not gaming it could be okay.
I have the MVA version of this and it's excellent. Use it for gaming on a desk and as others have said, I couldn't go back to a smaller screen.

I have this and a 27" as a secondary. It's really not that big and I only sit a couple of feet away.

Depends on what you are after I suppose. It's a lot of monitor for not very much. Sure it's a value orientated monitor but for the cash I am happy with mine.

And it works with gsync.

Bought the VA version from Currys back in Jan sales for £129.99 same monitor with a VA screen, got to say I'm very impressed with it. No problems gaming with it, Outer Worlds looked amazing, rich colours and deep blacks and the size is perfect for me when not gaming. Oh and it works with G-sync.
I use mine for gaming, it's fine. Just put it a bit further back on the desk. Going back to a 24" now feels like looking at a postage stamp.

I have this, an old 24" and a 38" on my desk(well usually but I'm waiting on a new desk) you get used to the size. I use this as secondary monitor and the 24" in portrait. I couldn't go back to smaller.
Got this last year. Excellent. I was worried that it was too big, but it’s fine. Any bigger and you would have to move your head from side to side. Freesync works up to 75hz which is fine for me and Very smooth. I’ve not noticed any ghosting with the IPS panel. Got it cheaper than this and not very often seen it over £200. So a deal as it’s an amazing 32” monitor for its normal under £200 price but not a deal in the fact that it is often much cheaper.
No vesa mounts on this kills it for me.. Was considering a pair to go either side of my 32" 4k... need the screen space for dev work.

On prime day was a steal ... 129 just ! Rly good screen . Not the best for gameing in my opinion !
Does anyone know if these can be overclocked past their rated 75hz?
I prefer Dell
Has this been cheaper
I'm looking for a monitor for occasional work from home, that can also double as a TV for streaming watching from bed. Is this monitor an option for that, if I plug a Fire Stick or Roku in? Or is this just a stupid idea?
I paid £175 for this from Currys.
I'd rather wait till it goes down again you can usually buy it at this price all the time so not really a deal
Really good monitor that improves upon its VA predecessor. Yes, it does get a lot cheaper but that was before the plaguepocalypse - those prices might take patience to come back.

You need to add your own speaker to the monitor. If you're using i.e fire stick you won't be able to control the volume with the fire stick remote. You can do if you buy i.e sound bar that comes with a separate remote.
Do not use for gaming, 75 Hz. You need to be looking for min 120 Hz at quad hd.

Same, go tit just after Xmas for £129 delivered. Excellent for the price...
Worth noting that CCL have a 32" Viewsonic, but WITH sound for I think £209? If sound's worth a tenner to you, that is?
I bit on this to go alongside my 27" LG 27UD59P-B, which I run at 2560x1440. AOC arrived today and I am currently using.

The larger real estate is nice, but I can't quite match the LG for colour and clarity (unsurprising I guess), can't quite put my finger on the main issue, but it may just be familiarity - the LG is fantastic for a similar price a few years ago.

The stand on the AOC is very stable, but no VESA mounts as stated.

Also worth pointing out that the AOC does not have a powerbrick as most of the images of the rear imply. It uses a standard C13 kettle lead straight into the lower left on the rear of the monitor. In fact the input layout is compeltely different to images. I was pleasantly surprised as I am not a fan of powerbricks....

AOC is a very nice monitor.

Erm. Got a link for a £200 1440p/120Hz IPS monitor? I'd buy it before I'd finished typing this sentence. The sort of rig you'd need to adequately run at that res/fps on anything more demanding than CS:GO is putting you in the budget bracket wayyyy above this.

Out of the box the settings on this monitor is good, the only thing I had to change was under Color Setup/Color Temp. switch from Warm to User.

I wasn't being dismissive, I played with a few other settings but I am happy as hell, for this price, now.

Unfortunately model no longer available, but found through this site: laptopsdirect.co.uk/-27…asp

It was £199.00 at that point, it was end-of-line I guess but wasn't aware - always wished I had grabbed two.

No VESA makes it a 'no deal' for me.
