no probs mate think they were going to die a death dual layers but pc games and 360 games backups use them most original fims are on dual layer but can be compressed to fit on single layers. may want to check if your burner will burn dual layers too mate

I can vouch for AOne Disks and Pioneer Burners, work a treat. In fact I swear by Pioneer burners for disk compatibility, never bought anything but them.

This is incorrect.

They're not as common these days, but they definitely exist. Check the logos on your drive, it'll probably have DVD-R DL on it too.

Yup these are good for 360 backups. And you can get the - dual layer ones theyre just not so common nowadays as previously stated.

Nice find!

amazon had them for 8.29 with p&p not sure if thats to ireland though

i ended up with a play reseller at 9pound all in

aone are possibly the best dual layers ever, when i was in the backup buisness ;]

i have two pioneer 116D's which work flawlessly with them. I can burn them at 8x and have no read errors, i've had about 2 go on me and i've burnt about 200+

Brilliant discs, brought some, they have so far burned without a hitch. Good enough price for me.

These discs (which I bought on Ebay) are complete rubbish and a total waste of money.

I tried burning onto these dvds using both a Sumsung, and a Sony Optiarch drive. Three out of three discs failed on the older Samsung drive, and two out of two have failed on the new Sony drive. In other words, of my stack of 10 discs, I have tried burning to 5, and all 5 failed, returning 'media error'.

Is it my software? No! First disc was with CD BurnerXP, the second with Ashampoo Burning Studio 6. Third was with Media Player. Last two was with Ashampoo Burning Studio 10.
