220GB and 490MB/s? These must be rejected 240/250/256GB drives with a bit of spit and polish. I would lean more towards Kingston or Integral in the £25 for ~250GB range personally but maybe I'm being too critical.
I think they are 240gb drives. If you look up that model they only come in 120/240gb capacities

The model no. is AP220GAS340-1 which differs from those of the 240GB drives (AP240GAS340SG-1

In which case I would agree this sounds like poor quality rejects.
