You could easily buy the items separately for less than £25.99. All they are doing is chucking the glasses for "free".

I know you can shop around and pick up some cheap prosecco etc and not bother with the glasses, but it's a potential gift idea there (which also makes it worth it) and if you bag a load of bargains to make the shipping charge worth it, then well, it's worth it.
Yes, if you just want the Aperol and Prosecco, you might as well get Aperol from Asda for £12 + a £5.25-6 bottle of Prosecco + 50p approx. bottle of soda water from Tesco et al. Aperol is £12.50 at Tesco, £12 at Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons, and Sainsburys, but normally £15.
You might save £1-1.50 on that price and not pay postage - but that's only if you can get a deal on the Aperol and you might be paying for petrol or an online shopping cost.
Shop and drink and bargain hunt and enjoy as you will!

But you avoid my point entirely - it's not a deal at £25.99 (plus I was referring to like-for-like)

I didn't avoid it, I acknowledged it entirely - see my reply. It's for people to weigh it up - it's not a deal for some, it works out well for others if they want the glasses, don't want to shop around, and find a load of deals they want.
It doesn't hit the spot with you, fair enough, you vote cold as will some others. Others vote it hot. I don't mind - if it helps anyone, great. As you see, I've tried to make the OP helpful. Best wishes anyhow.

The whole point of this website is to find a deal. This is not a deal, as per the lack of heat.

Haha. And a wonderfully attractive colour.

Aperol is £12 in most supermarkets at the moment, bottle of Prosecco £5, soda water £1, bag of oranges £2 as for the glases?

Good idea but the p&P kills it, sorry OP.

MM

P.S drinking a spritz now in a 50p ikea glass now and it taste pretty good to me.

No worries. But... You mean you DON'T want the Aperol-branded glass to display proudly in a glass drinks cabinet?

Hey MM, just in case you're interested in this at the right price, I've just remembered that the cashback via TopCashBack and Quidco for a "new customer" (or never before used email address) is just over £6, so although you can't rely on it, you're likely to get that back.
And, I've just had an email through with a voucher code for £3 off the shipping on a £30+ spend - you can sign up to the newsletter for discounts. I'm not sure if it's account-specific, so I've not added the code to the original post (just the tip). If you personally want to buy it and spend that much, I'm happy to share the code with you. But then again, you may have a stockpile of Aperol anyway
