Apocalypto

From Mel Gibson, director of the Passion Of The Christ and the Academy Award-winning Braveheart (Best Director, Best Picture, 1995) comes the thrilling historical epic Apocalypto. This intense, nonstop action-adventure transports you to an ancient Central American civilization, for an experience unlike anything you've ever known. In the twilight of the mysterious Mayan culture, young Jaguar Paw is captured and taken to the great Mayan City, where he faces a harrowing end. Driven by the power of his love for his wife and son, he makes an adrenaline-soaked, heart-racing escape to rescue them and ultimately save his way of life. Filled with unrelenting action and stunning cinematography, Apcalypto is an enthralling and unforgettable film experience.

I think he's making the point that it looks better to call something 'preowned' than 'second hand'. It's an evil marketing ploy to make second hand sound better.....MUAHAHAHAHA!

Sublime representation ....

Games Preowned stuff is usually in very good condition. But that just my experiences with them.

I got this on Bluray the other day, good quality and a very good film well worth the money

And I've bought second hand/'preowned' stuff from ebay which has been in equally good condition. Still second hand though!

Having said that these sell for between £4 and £8 on ebay so this is a good price for second hand whatever the source.

bit off topic but Die Hard 4 is also available at the same price on Blu Ray.

Like in Blockbusters, I think the term came in to reflect both ex-rental and trade-in stock, so they began to say "Pre-Owned" - now seems to be a standard catch-all term in the trade. I have had basically new Blu-rays from Gamestation described as such - unsealed but otherwise as new.

Does anyone know the difference with Game as the 2 companies' websites are oddly similar - maybe same fulfillment people?
