You sound like the type of person who would buy the Xiaomi notebook pro and say you bought a MacBook Pro.

What’s Eglobal like to use, seen plenty of deals on here from the company but know nothing of them.

The return policy is there, but they charge a restocking fee, apple warranty on this particular product, everything else, virtually no warranty. HK based sometimes shipping from within the EU

Ah No warranty on products, can I ask why you use them regularly then if no warranty and based in HK? Just curious

Price, that's it. They offer smartphones way way cheaper than the UK, plus I have never had a smartphone break on me (touch wood) in the past, so I'm willing to take that risk.

Completely understand not everyone thinks the same as me, and understand people need the comfort of a proper warranty, and I wouldnt tell those people to use eglobal.
Ordered these for my daughter and they arrive in 8 day, very impressed.
I bought my GoPro from there and they were great on price and service so can’t fault them.
TechInTheBasket has them for roughly the same price and stock is in the UK with a 12 month warranty.

Hmm.... I'd be wary of that, how long is the shipping time?
I wish this had a usb type c port instead of thunderbolt for charging. I can't stand rubber ear tips so I'm thinking about getting these at some point.
Poundland earphones sound better than these.
Yet to see any good alternative on Android with similar design.

States 6-8 days standard or 4-6 days priority, seems pretty slow by today’s standards for priority delivery if stock is in the UK

Yeah, thought as such, never trust a company who lie
Better off spending the extra £23 to get the one with the wireless case surely?
Is there a new version rumoured to be released soon?

They are based in Hong Kong and have non-existent customer service when things go wrong (from my experience with several orders) - your emails will be ignored. If you order then you may get it in 1 week, 6 weeks or never. As long as your comfortable with claiming a refund from your credit card company and are not fussed about an indeterminate delivery time then you’ll be fine.

The discount comes from avoiding paying VAT and import duties. Other overseas companies get away with doing this with cameras and so on but there’s always a risk you’ll get caught and have to stump up the cash.

Unlike some other companies, Apple offer a local warranty for their products that have been bought overseas.

Then others have had no issues, but people listen to negatives, people don't listen to positives. People only leave negative reviews, rarely leave positives.

You chose to ignore that I've had nothing but good experiences, but then agree to not use them when someone gives you feedback with the negatives, I guess it's how we work

There are always two sides to the coin.

Yes very true your right and I agree with you as I’ve said the same thing for many years.

But a gathering of information from yourself regarding certain things and other people has just put me off at the moment.

I was interested in some of these apple bud things for junior but as you said in an earlier post not everyone thinks like you and not willing to take the risk without the comfort of a proper warranty.

Many people will use them to there advantage as you say the costs are lower but the back up, support and warranty is important to me as well as price.

Keep up the good work as I’ve seen you post plenty of cockbird deals

Sorry I meant none apple alternative, I have seen many Chinese ones but they suck when it comes to quality and size.
I ordered wireless ones 8 days ago, still it says despatched. They have replied to my queries. But the processing is a bit slow. I hope I will get them this week.

Apple warranty is global. Just FYI. So whether you buy from UK, US or HK. You still get your standard 1 year warranty. Unlike other companies. I bought an iPad from pixel electronics way back and it was an Malaysia model. Was factory sealed, everything you would get as if you bought it from Apple direct. I had no problems. The warranty is there if you need it
