Not for everyone, but for those who are after Apple AirPods then O2 have them in stock and UniDays gives 20% off all accessories at O2, bringing these (imo ridiculously priced) £160 earphones down to £127, saving £33!

Will need a valid UniDays account, or if you know a uni student/staff member then could ask them.

Happy shopping!

So are these actually good/worth it? I'm guessing no but would welcome opinions.
I need long battery charge, good sound quality and good connection distance.

Like a lot of Apple products, they're expensive but usually very high quality. If used within the Apple ecosystem then they're probably worth the dollar with the addition of features like Siri, music control, etc.

Most places say a wait time for several weeks when ordering, so at this price you could buy them, try them and if you don't like them can put on eBay and still likely break even/make a small profit.

Sound quality is the same as the wired apple headphones. However for connectivity and ease of use they are the best Bluetooth in ear headphones imo. I use them daily but if I'm doing some serious audio recording then I'll switch to my sennheiser Big cans! I thought the AirPods were worth it for me but it's not everyone's cup of tea.
Thanks for posting these.
I think that:
- The connection is excellent.
- The battery is excellent (using the case which gives 2 hours top up via quick charge in just 10 minutes)
- The sound quality is going to be like a £5 pair of Apple freebie earphones.
I'm tempted to get them because I've been looking for some Bluetooth in-ear phones for about 2 months and there isn't much that's caught my interest.
I was tempted by the Anker Life earphones which have a neckband you wear. They are very good and have 20 hours battery life. They cost just £31.99 ATM.

The Liberty+ ones on Kickstarter sound amazing too, more info here:

Had seen the Liberty+ on kickstarter previously but didn't want to wait until October for shipping at the earliest. However, they are only $99 with free shipping, so definitely worth considering if you were looking at Apple EarPods. Now that October isn't that far away, it might be worth ordering them. Paying an extra $10 ensures yours are shipped in the first batch. Hope they're as good as they look.(y)

Update: Checking the kickstarter website it seems that funding for these has closed so will have to wait until they go on general sale.
For those that may not be aware, Zolo who make the Liberty+ are the premium arm of Anker, so not exactly strangers to the world of audio.:{
