If you do want ensure you sign up to email stock alert.. that's how I managed to grab mine this morning.

Thanks David

I find it hard to believe that a £159 pair of headphones are so hard to get hold of.
I'm I missing something or do these sound amazing?
I'm not slating Apple, but I can't help thinking low stock is some sort of marketing ploy.

you could try changing the deal date to the past which will expire it.

i fancy trying these out. as long as the sound quality is decent enough, I reckon they'd do the job just as well

Wouldn't make any sense for a company the size of Apple to employ those sort of tactics - they have enough people willing to throw their cash at them, regardless.

Worked great for One Plus to create demand by perceived exclusivity, though.

I genuinely grieve for the lack of brainpower in some people. FFS these are overpriced by a factor of about 10!!!! The fact that they are OOS suggeests some halfwits are actually buying them. THEY ARE BLUETOOTH EAR-BUDS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE. Many Bluetooth ear-buds will perform the same function at a fraction of the price.

They're are actually quite reasonably priced, I just can't bring myself to buy them as they look so silly when your wearing them. You can buy cheap Bluetooth headphones, your right, but these are true wireless and to get some with comparable connectivity and sound quality your talking £300 for the Erato Apollo 7's. I'm holding out for now but there is nothing like true wireless!

Hugely overpriced. No thanks apple.

Hi Dan, could you point me towards a cheaper alternative? I don't want to pay apple tax either but I can't find any true wireless for cheaper? There are some very cheap ones on amazon by brands I've never heard of, took a gamble on some SAVFY ones and they were literally not fit for purpose

they're ugly bits of kit. darn ugly.

loads of reviews on YouTube, most state sound quality is no better than the bundled pods.

probably do look a little more ergonomic, but then i'm not really an audiophile so i'm not fussed as long as the sound quality is decent.

Just bought bragi "the headphones". Sound great. Not used enough yet but judging by reviews they supposed to be reliable when it comes to drop outs.

There were £140 but I spend so much time with head phones in I think it's worth it.

Earin is another that I looked at but reviews suggest connectivity issues. Although I think they have v2 coming out at some point.

Thanks for this, I saw the cNet review that said you could by €15 wired headphones that sound better and ended the review by saying get the AirPods for an extra tenner! So you think they sound ok? I understand that sacrifices must be made for true wireless but the review was pretty scathing. The AirPods are a great price for the tech they contain but they just look so ****

I'm no audiophile and guess it's personal preference I was happy with the sound. I read the cnet review but also read others, e.g. The verge, which rated the sound.

I normally buy £30 odd pound wired buds and would say these are in that bracket. I'm happy to pay the extra for the convenience of wireless as I can wear the discreetly at work.

If in doubt buy from somewhere with a good return policy if you're not happy
