    Got these the other day at full price (you’re welcome) and I have been really impressed with them. I have XM3s that I love but they hurt my big stupid ears after a while, plus I wanted to check out spatial audio on Apple TV. They are quite balanced, which suits my listening style.

    I'd not take the risk with this after receiving an empty box when I ordered AirPods from Amazon UK. Thankfully they were really helpful in resolving the issue but not sure how simple it would be going through Italian customer services.

    I got mine a couple of months back. Seemed to be great all round for a while but recently the bass seems to have disappeared. They’re not dirty and I’ve tried multiple playback options but still bass is noticeably sparse. Trialled Spotify premium for the equalizer to boost the bass which seems to work well, but not sure if there was an update recently that affected these? Shame really as they have really good features.

    If you have an Apple store nearby make an appointment. They’ll run the diagnostics and give them a clean if needed. Worst case they’ll swap the buds.

    One of the big positives of buying their stuff. If you have stores nearby servicing is painless and done on the same day.

    Have to agree. Use Android phones and iPads, grudgingly have to accept Samsung or Xiaomi will never deliver the level of CS I've had for the iPads.

    I got these from Amazon Italy recently and came no problem in 3 days, no customs. Got Applecare for them too no problem. Same as buying from the UK

    Wow, that's terrible, I've never heard that before. Was the packaging sealed or did it look like a postal guy tampered with it?
