Cheaper than current Argos deal of £299 which reached 3249° heat as of right now.

I purchased an iPad from eglobal last week and it came in 5 working days. Can't complain. Decent saving and a brand new item.

Other colours available for slightly more
Space Gray
White/silver

Use code NOV5AW to get this price otherwise it's £245.99

Code will also work on other colors, but this is the cheapest option.

Did it come with a uk plug?

I got the 128gb version on Black Friday.
I used Quidco too
Total cost delivered to my door was £311
Seen a lot of complaints about these guys, but to be fair I ordered one on Black Friday and it arrived with 10 days, so can't grumble. UK adapter was included.

This did worry me but ten I thought.. when do I ever go out my way to leave a positive feedback on a website unless the service was exceptional
Had an iPad Pro 10.5 64GB off them last month, and another camera lens this month, I'm up to 14+ orders with them now and only one hiccup due to item OOS.

Speaking of the iPad, you can get it for only £454.99 now with the £10 off code, which is £164.01 less than Apple/Argos/John Lewis etc.
I’ve had one in the last couple of weeks. Arrived within 10 days. Was ups tracked. Not opened it yet as it’s an Xmas gift. Put the serial number on the back of the box to check it was legit and it seems to be. No additional adaptor sent but I’m not sure of country of origin but I don’t need it anyway.
Just purchased, anyone know whether the warranty is honoured by apple so if I have any issues I can pop in to an Apple store?

Checked with an apple employee, yes it will.
If I buy this, should I use PayPal to be safe? Has anyone HERE had a problem where they had to return it? Might you have to pay duty on them?

Mine actually came from a warehouse in Surrey.

Personally I paid on CREDIT card for protection, not really sure why.. normally I'd use PayPal as buyer protection is even better than credit card protection, ha.

Took 5 working days for mine to arrive. Tracking details updated in 24hrs after order. Tracking was a bit on the slow side though to be fair.
I ordered two iPads on 04/12/17 and still waiting for delivery.
Excellent price! Colour's not for me though...

Heat OP.

Seems fine to me.

My iPad order from them took a month. They ignored every single email I sent enquiring about it and only replied to one two weeks after I had received it. So if you order from them then there’s a good chance of major delays. Check Trustpilot - lots of people with the same experience.
They are based in Hong Kong.

Mine came with a Chinese plug and travel adaptor to allow it to be plugged into a UK socket. I threw it away as it was too flimsy.
Are the USB cables the same world wide.. Or put another way, would any old lightning cable do the trick?
I ordered the ipad 10.5 64gb from them on 25 November. I didn't open an account, but purchased as a guest. I'd advise people to open an account with eglobal because you can see your order. I had no confirmation of order, they didn't respond to my emails/tickets, until it was being sent. I took the free delivery option, which was by DPD. They tried to deliver on 8 November but I was out and they redelivered last week. It's a genuine Apple product, came with a Japanese plug and a UK adaptor. I used Paypal for payment (automatically set up to place purchase amount from my credit card not my bank account) which was the only way I knew the order had been placed. That's why I think it is a better idea not to purchase as a "Guest". One odd thing is that it just had my address on the parcel, not my name. If you share a mailbox with others you may want to put your name in one of the spare address lines in addition to the normal place.
I ordered one from them and they haven’t even dispatched it after two weeks. Very difficult to contact them as the only way of contact seems to be via email and they either ignore or response with delay. I got get up eventually and requested refund via PayPal and got the money back within a week. The reason I cancelled the order is that I need it before Christmas otherwise I wouldn’t mind to wait for few more weeks as it’s cheaper
Did a fair bit of research into these guys when looking to buy a camera, and long story short, I decided to pay a bit more elsewhere. Lots and lots of negative reviews.
Ordered on 7th Dec with ups express tracked delivery and i pad delivered on 13th Dec no problems. I paid by credit card to have sec 75 cover and item only charged to account following dispatch.

It's not really hit and miss, just people are impatient, and used to Amazon style communications and next day delivery. These guys have no comms at all, and suck and communicating with you if there are problems. I've received all my orders, even though one of them was OOS and they didn't tell me, it took a while for them to sort it and ship it.

Needless to say I'll continue to use them, since the savings to be had outweigh a couple of weeks of waiting and the odd lack of comms, worst case scenario if it comes to it and I didn't receive my item, a claim through the CC company or PayPal would be in order.

A great deal of the negative opinions are by people who have never used them and only read the negative reviews, and it's understandable, especially since to some people the loss of what may be a significant amount of money to them for a month may cause them financial problems.
I couldn't fault my experience with them, ordered last monday and delivered this past saturday!

According to OP, they do.
My two iPads arrived today, DPD had thrown the package over the front gate and left in the mud, didn’t even try ringing our door bell, luckily the iPad boxes look in decent shape but as they are presents I haven’t opened them. The package came with very cheap looking UK adaptors along with ‘Premium’ iPad cases which look very cheap and nasty.

So 17 days to arrive, my order sat at the processing stage for 6 days before their ‘tracking’ began which is clearly a fabrication of the actual delivery process as it auto updates at midnight. My credit card also had the transaction pending for these 6 days before disappearing for a day and then taken in full.

My tracking below:

#DateParcel Status
92017-12-21Your parcel has arrived at DPD, please follow this link for further information:
82017-12-20Shipment further connected.
72017-12-19Your parcel will arrive shortly at the courier depot.
62017-12-18Shipment is on its way to the local depot.
52017-12-17Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility.
42017-12-16Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly.
32017-12-15Shipment is en-route to courier depot.
22017-12-14In transit.
12017-12-13The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier’s warehouse.

Then out of the blue on 20th December I received a DPD text saying my parcel was out for delivery (a day before eglobal’s tracking updated) and then the delivery failed because apparently the driver couldn’t find my address (main road and old house!). Finally it was delivered today.

So make of that what you will, I received iPads for £245 each delivered including the case. I’m undecided about future purchases with eglobal due to the rubbish communication and suspect tracking system but they are cheap so if you are very patient and not in a rush for the items it could be worthwhile, not sure I needed the anxiety of whether I’d receive them in time for Christmas though.

I think their method of shipping is to send multiple customer items in bulk to their UK warehouse and then send via DPD so customs are avoided.
Mine arrived within 7 working days, I did insure delivery using a £5 discount code so only cost £2 extra. I got a plug adapter for the UK, it was rolled up in the bubble wrap. It's a present so have not seen the plug inside. Mine was shipped from the UK too. It looks genuine and serial number checks out. To answer questions about warranty, Apple do honour them world wide, I've asked on a number of occasions in store. Hope this helps. I would buy again from eglobal.
Update: My two iPads bought as presents were opened and activated successfully on Christmas Day, they had USA plugs but the supplied adaptors work fine. So far so good.
