Mixed bag. Never used myself but you don't have to go far before somebody will tell you of a bad experience.
Still bound to be better than the chimps at Currys.

Mixed reviews ( see trust pilot ) General consensus seems to be customer services leave a lot to be desired!
Used this site a few weeks back to buy a phone - got regular updates regarding dispatch, tracking etc - I paid by PayPal so I could claim a refund via them if anything went wrong, phone received and perfect as described. I did pay few extra quid for premium delivery.
It's based in Hong Kong so I guess there's a chance of being charged VAT and import duties.

I bought a camera from them a few years ago, good tracking and camera was both cheapest and great quality. Just my experience for what it's worth.

Bought mine 2 weeks ago. Arrived in 6 days. Brand new sealed. Opened up updated and replaced in box
I can second the comment above as I purchased an iPad a few weeks ago and experienced no issues.. For anyone worried about import tax they ship to a warehouse in the UK then a UK postal service to your door so nothing to worry about.
Have some heat jordo. It's a great price and I got mine last week no problem. Sister and mum go there's too. 6 day delivery with email updates. Great post

Mum, sister and I each bought one separate orders. All 3 arrived 6 days. Email updates too.
arrived well packaged and factory sealed. Obviously came with foreign charger but included adapter
This keeps getting cheaper and cheaper... Nice one OP!

And for all the "don't buy from a Chinese website" naysayers, I got my £5.00 Topcashback paid out today for the iPad I bought from here a month or so back. Which was nice

The iPad is identical. The charger is U.S. or similar. A 2 pin charger. EGlobal supply a good quality 2 pin to U.K. 3 pin adapter. To tall the truth I have spare chargers and a few USB hubs with 5 ports and fast charging that I use. Don't be put off with the charger and, when you turn on and update/ register you will have all the rights of a UK bought one £100 cheaper.

I bought a Samsung j3 2017 Black Friday deal. The phone did turn up after 3 weeks , status pending for 2 weeks then out for delivery the day before it arrived , delivered by DHL.

I had no issues just left really in the dark information wise and item just turned up.
I’ve purchased one when they were 255. Arrived tracked no problems. Not opened yet as it’s a gift. Put the serial number into the apple website to check it was legit. Showed up as an unregistered 2017 iPad. I’m happy.
Just to add. I bought 2 iPad from these 2 weeks apart and they both came in under 10 days, packaged really well and including a plug. So heat from me.
I had a nightmare with them. They don’t respond to ANY emails and the delivery times they quote were absolute rubbish in my experience.
Basically order with the expectation that it will take at least a month. If it doesn’t turn up at all then you’ll need to claim the money back from your credit card company.
If you’re in no hurry and don’t get stressed by the thought that it’ll never arrive then go for it!
Lots of people have good experiences but lots of people have bad experiences too (see Trustpilot).
If you want reliability then buy from a uk supplier.
Their items will come with a Chinese or Japanese plug with travel adapter.
Don't touch this company I ordered a drone thinking it was .uk based drone came broken and they wanted £120 to return the item
Had a very good experience in the last month purchasing two iPad pro’s. Both delivered in under two weeks very well packaged with uk adapter. Shipped from London warehouse so no risk of import duties.
Did you deliberately copy my thread and code orrrr?

US apple products are cheaper than UK ones as they have same price in dollars as its in pounds in uk. So when your out selling you'll lower prices

No mate. I saw this iPad on here for a higher price and the code was on Groupon for £5 off when you spend £150+.
Looks like 2.1% cashback via TCB
Thought I’d post my experience here:

My two iPads arrived today, DPD had thrown the package over the front gate and left in the mud, didn’t even try ringing our door bell, luckily the iPad boxes look in decent shape but as they are presents I haven’t opened them. The package came with very cheap looking UK adaptors along with ‘Premium’ iPad cases which look very cheap and nasty.

So 17 days to arrive, my order sat at the processing stage for 6 days before their ‘tracking’ began which is clearly a fabrication of the actual delivery process as it auto updates at midnight. My credit card also had the transaction pending for these 6 days before disappearing for a day and then taken in full.

My tracking below:

#DateParcel Status
92017-12-21Your parcel has arrived at DPD, please follow this link for further information:
82017-12-20Shipment further connected.
72017-12-19Your parcel will arrive shortly at the courier depot.
62017-12-18Shipment is on its way to the local depot.
52017-12-17Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility.
42017-12-16Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly.
32017-12-15Shipment is en-route to courier depot.
22017-12-14In transit.
12017-12-13The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier’s warehouse.

Then out of the blue on 20th December I received a DPD text saying my parcel was out for delivery (a day before eglobal’s tracking updated) and then the delivery failed because apparently the driver couldn’t find my address (main road and old house!). Finally it was delivered today.

So make of that what you will, I received iPads for £245 each delivered including the case. I’m undecided about future purchases with eglobal due to the rubbish communication and suspect tracking system but they are cheap so if you are very patient and not in a rush for the items it could be worthwhile, not sure I needed the anxiety of whether I’d receive them in time for Christmas though.

I think their method of shipping is to send multiple customer items in bulk to their UK warehouse and then send via DPD so customs are avoided.
Also notice their language, they always use the word ‘working’ when describing time, so 24 working hours dispatch is actually 4 days and 6-8 working days delivery time is actually 2 weeks so often it is around 3 weeks from order to delivery.

The price in the title is wrong, should say £244.99

Why? The words “with code” is next to the discounted price...
Ordered today, fingers crossed. Thanks op

You'll be the self-righteous bunch who are always banging on about firms who don't pay sufficient UK taxes.
I hope you get your goods seized and a hefty fine applied too.

Personally, I did not pay the extra £10. Not 100% if PayPal can act on damaged goods.. still waiting for my delivery by UPS. Tracking says “Ready for UPS”.
