Would definitly recommend getting a case for added protection - amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1
My experience with company:

I have received my Ipad, it was sealed and packaged very well . It is an authentic and brand new product, there was no problems or any hassle. It has been a positive experience for me. I ordered on the weekend and it was delivered on Friday (after 5 working days), this is quite quick for an international seller. There delivery was free but there was an option to pay for delivery that has insurance. It came with a UK travel adapter as it is an import .I would recommend it as it is a genuine product and cheaper then most sellers. Would also recommend paying by paypal/credit card for extra protection.
Don't let the negative reviews put you off, few people who have a positive experience rarely note down their experience with the seller.

I believe this price will be the cheapest doubt on Black Friday other UK sellers will match this price.
Also if you register with apple, there warranty is covered worldwide!

Side note: If you want to return the product you will need to pay for this and as is it a international seller, it will probably cost a lot, thats the only negative thing I could state!

Anyone talking against eglobal. Stop spreading rubbish. Have been ordering them for couple of years. Not once had any problem. Stop misleading others

Ordered one last week. Got delivered this week. Brand new Boxed. Registered with Apple and it says warranty until Nov 2018 which is what I expected. The only thing I would say is that you get a different plug along with a UK Converter.
I dont think any seller in uk can beat this price.

Hmmm eglobal iffy reviews! Order at your own risk!!! God help you if you use their customer services!!!

This the one they didn’t honour a couple of months ago? Not worth another punt

I thought the one they didn’t honour was the pro

^^ I think it was. I didn't get sucked into that one but a lot of folk did...

Back to this deal; this time I am tempted! Sounds like people have had recent experiences, and positive by the sounds? So who handles the warranty IF anything does go wrong?

Heat OP.

Blimey that’s cheap the gold is only £255.99

They handle it themselves, you are supposed to send it back to them but now they have uk address. But since you register with Apple you might not have to

I agree, most negative comments seem to be hearsay. But, have you had any problems that required working with their customer service? That's the only concern I have. While fulfilling orders, they may predominantly be fine, you only learn the true nature of a company when problems occur, and I don't see many, if any, positive reviews of their customer service.

It’s not a Hudl.

Did they include VAT on their invoice?

Direct bank transfer or via PayPal (Good luck with that) I hardly call it hearsay with so many poor reviews ... it seems when they get a certain amount of poor scores they open another website with a similar name etc

uk.trustpilot.com/sea…bal

a few examples

uk.trustpilot.com/rev….uk

uk.trustpilot.com/rev…=12

You may be one of the lucky ones that gets something cheaper and their repair goes unoticed but they are notorious for sending fixed 'faulty' goods under 'new/unopened' guise,

Use at your own risk ...

The company is fake... horrible to make a transaction. Fake company. Be aware of the money...

I’ve just ordered one and I’m now worried as someone has said it’s a fake company??? Not sure what to do now .... 😬😬😬

I don't know about the company but if you paid by credit card I "think" you might have some support from credit card company if there are any problems, as it is an item over £100. Try not to worry!

Same here, got everything perfectly boxed with 1 week dpd delivery, very well packed

As long as you checkout with either PayPal or credit you’ll get your money back should it not arrive. I can vouch for PayPal.

You are protected under section 75 if you use a credit card.

Nothing to worry about really my friend bought a phone from them and everything was fine.

Stop talking crap and scaremongering, perfectly legitimate company have ordered a few items from them, no problem at all arrived in brand new sealed boxes...I have always paid via credit card though just to protect myself

Got a zenfone 2 a couple of years back from them, all good

Not worth the risk reviews look crap.People saying their ok must work for them.

Used them twice now, fine every time. Pay with PayPal for reassurance but excellent deal.

If it's not from your own experience, it's hearsay,

So far, the only valid feedback in this thread has all been positive.

As for your links to Trustpilot - Many of those are not the same company. Some are domains that have never even been used. Eglobal Central have each of their regional domains listed, and that's how it should be, no more, and no trickery or manipulation like you are suggesting.

What is apparent from Trustpilot is that some customers don't seem to know where they are buying from, so they end up creating additional Trustpilot listings or posting under the wrong domain.

Is it worth paying extra for registered delivery? Or shall I take a chance with the standard delivery?

Bought my LG V20 from this site a couple of months ago.

Not interested in the iPad but had no problems at all with delivery or anything. Arrived new and sealed within about a week using their free standard delivery.

If its just Trustpilot being unbiaed what about other review companies?

sitejabber.com/rev….uk

resellerratings.com/sto…ral

Bought an iPad pro (next model up from this) and a Samsung watch. Both arrived in around a week, brand new and unopened. 3 pin adapter included separately with iPad as included in the box is a 2 pin. No extra charges or customs etc.

If you have to return something or aren't happy then I suspect things won't be easy as the company is located abroad. Shipping alone would be a pain. As a result I wouldn't buy a phone from them. For the items I've purchased and the money I paid I was happy to take that risk.

People post a lot of rubbish in threads when they haven't actually used the company. Please do your research before you give someone advice.

Correct ... type 'Eglobal central Reviews' before buying and make an informed decision

I never said anything about Trustpilot being unviased. All consumer review sites are negatively biased, or positively manipulated. Users experience on here is far more valuable and trustworthy than any review site IMO.

Why are you so intent on slating a company you've never dealt with?

Did you manage to register warranty with apple

Original Poster

Lot of comments stating this company has bad reviews. But many stating they have previously used the company and it has been a positive experience.

Everyone's experience is different, for example look at johnlewis reviews trustpilot.com/rev…com. Would that stop you from purchasing?

I believe you can register with Apple and get 1 year warranty

Bought, don’t know the store but taking a risk for the price.

If an imported iPad I have been reading Apple warranty terms and seems they ‘may replace or repair with local standards or make you send it away to country of purchase at your expense. Either way that sounds like it is warranted to me.

I’ve bought Apple Items from all over the world (generally directly from Apple)
MBP from USA
Iphones from Spain&USA
Ipads from UK

I’ve never had a problem getting my device serviced anywhere under Apples warranty.

I find Apples warranty (I also usually buy AppleCare) is one of the best.

I don’t know anything about this other company however.
I do think though that If there was a problem with the IPad then Apple themselves would deal with it wherever you are located.
