looks like only 1 code can be used

ordered the 32gb

Thanks I've just used to code to purchase the Ipad Air 16gb and it cost me £233.20 with free delivery. You can only use one code, but its a good price, considering the big stores are £319 for the same Ipad.

Was about to order and googled the company to see if it was ok to deal with - blimey! glad I did!

Yea... if you read the article "What is the Rakuten.co.uk Marketplace Guarantee?", it is very scary indeed:

Think I'll leave it!!

I think people have ordered loads of iPads from pixel in the past and most have been fine.

Please could someone tell me whether these are genuine UK models that will be covered by Apple warranty?

Bought an iPad mini 2 from pixel electronics in April. Shipping took a little while but it arrived OK. They're Malaysian models I believe but are covered by Apple's warranty

Edit didn't see the above comment.. Still poor delivery then..

What's the delivery like from these guys not used them since play.. And they were poor??

Rakuten is what used to be Play.com , these deals with Pixel were last year , I purchased previously and it was all well.

I bought exactly the same from these guys, back in late April. As above it took a while (maybe just over a week) to be delivered and was a Malaysian version but that still comes with the UK plug and still comes with a full Apple warranty. I actually think Pixel are just a 1-man band, so whilst the guy was a bit slow at replying to emails in regards to the delivery (he probably had loads of orders in 1 go with it being a great price) he was very helpful and the email responses were personal rather than the usual robotic standard replies you get from large organisations.

Definitely get the 32gb model as a minimum option, 16gb is far too small for most people.

Ordered an iPad mini 2 in July from them, came next day and had no problems, assume it was a UK model

Still in dispute with Rakuten from the last offer when I ordered a 128GB iPad using a 15% code - the order was cancelled by Pixel according to them but when contacted (and they were quite helpful) they said it was cancelled by Rakuten. Went back to Rakuten who again said it was down to Pixel. I asked for evidence of this, providing the email from Pixel blaming them, and they've ignored me ever since. Wouldn't touch Rakuten with a barge pole.

I just cancelled my 16gb for the 32gb. As it wasn't available when I first initially ordered.
I received an email very promptly and managed to get the order cancelled.
Who replied to my emails seemed very friendly and cooperative xx xx

I would at least wait until the 9th as Apple might drop the price of the air or even the air 2!

Can I order multiple of these with the same code?

ipad air 2 128Gb with same code with 5% topcashback has to be a goer @ possibly £380 if topcashback goes through even £400 without cashback.

With code W0UYSU13UQFTNN49, took me down to £237.60, but had 665 points to use so basically £230

Thanks OP

How come these are covered by Apple's warranty?
I believe iOS devices only have a regional warranty, not worldwide (unlike their mac products which do have a worldwide warranty.)

Also, when you say that these come with a UK plug... have the boxes been opened? Surely a Malaysian iPad would come with a Malaysian plug? If that needed to be swapped out, the package would have to be opened, right? If someone could answer these questions, that would be great.

yep - bought wife an ipad Mini 2 for Xmas - came from Hong Kong with UK Plug. Screen developed problems after a couple of months and was replaced with a new one at local Apple Store under warranty. So from my experience all good

"IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE AND iPAD SERVICE.
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the Apple Product."

I guess the key word here is "may".

Highly unlikely, rumors say no new iPad Air this year,so the current iPad Air 2 will remain the flagship "Air" model, thus no price drop for it or the original Air (this deal).
they will launch iPad Mini 4 and iPad Pro tho.

is this WiFi only?

Malaysia, like Hong Kong and maybe a couple of other places use the same UK plug system, so when I received my iPad mini from this same supplier a few months ago it was a sealed box, with English writing on the Apple box. If you didn't know the last letter or two in an Apple part number represented the country it came from there is no way you would think it wasn't a UK model. I have had several iPads and iPhones over the years from other countries and never had problem with Apple Warranty. I always use an actual Apple store rather than any telephone/head office support they may have.
