I'm not sure how this will go down with it being a refurb, but I'm sure I've read Apple refurbs are as good as new and I thought this was a great price for a 64gb.

Currently available in Silver and Space Grey.

Cheaper at Mobicity (£354) for a New one. Cold.
Such a small saving you might as well get a new one. But you are correct Apple refurbs are good and aren't dented and scratched like from everywhere else:

that seller was selling under B&L photo or something similar... I purchased Phone from them and within few weeks stopped working. seller not responding.
eBay can't do anything. paid through PayPal using CD ..bank can't do anything as it's passed 120 days since purchase. PayPal same.
so my advice is to avoid this seller.
so buy at risk and hope nothing goes wrong with your purchase.

you don't have any clue do you. If it's bought in another country then you'll have all sorts of problems with warranty. There is a reason why its so cheap

Apple products are covered internationally. I've bought an iPad from Honk Kong on more than one occasion and was able to replace it under warranty here in the UK. So he's right, get a UK plug from poundland.
one of the hottest deals last week was the same ipad new through another site, lots of comments about it not being a UK model like on this one. these may not be new but we all know they effectively are and they are UK models so come with the no issue warranty for up to 2 years. It your choice as to whether its worth buying a new international version or one of these for the same price but I know which I would choose.
Apple can be funny with purchase out side the EU. They shouldnt. but can be.

Stop posting misleading information.
Someone got the window open?? Its cold in here:D
One other factor for warranty is if uk sourced they honour the 2 year eu one plus some good will. Anything sourced outside Europe/uk is 1 year no matter what.
Should have bought air 2 on black friday for 258 quid, damn hindsight!
