If the iPad Air 3 is the 2019 model, it’s £479 64gb. Dearer but newer model, which is the better deal?
Can you connect usb c hub with a usb c to lightning adapter? The goal would be to connect usb hard disk, sd card and charge it while using it. As an ipad pro 11 to be clear but with an adapter

One thing to bare in mind is that the Air 3 will probably be supported for longer with new iOS versions.

Pro, even older versions are far more powerful
not far more powerful. The Air has newer processor but only 3gb of RAM compared to the 4gb in the Ipad Pro. The camera is better in the pro.
useful comparison.

Decided to get one from Currys Ebay same price, but Paypal 12 month interest free credit offer available. Works out at £33.25 a month

You can get the 512gb version of this from currys with code IPAD50 for £449 which seems a bargain.
Just got the silver model 256gb for same price as this from currys with code .
A word of caution on this model, it appears to have a design flaw that will materialise through time as light spot on the screen about an inch or so above the home button. I had to get mine replaced out of warranty for it and there is a huge thread on macrumours about this issue. Great device otherwise but wanted to warn folks:

Good shout, but I wonder, if it's a known issue, if there has been a design update to fix the issue. I don't know enough about Apple to know if these 2nd gen 2017 iterations are still coming off the production line, or were manufactured in 2017, and are being sold from accumulated stock.
