Why JL? As far as I know, Costco have the best returns policy out of every retailer though someone else can verify if this is true or not

Generally speaking yes, I’ve returned something to them
Over a year after purchase.

However, electrical items have a separate policy as far as I remember. Not sure what it is, if it’s 2 yrs or less?

I opened wine, Didn't like it, and Costco refunded it. So yes amazing returns policy. Admittedly it was £18 and utterly undrinkable.
Unsure if they do the same with iPhone but generally even open pack etc will take things back because they don't meet expectations.
Further 2% off if executive membership too so £743 (£56 discount vs RRP).

FYI - not in store in Coventry yet (just called to ask). No date for delivery to store yet.

You have up to 5 years to return something to Costco if you are in any way unhappy with it. I have returned a couple of items, but, admittedly, never a phone. Their returns policy is second to none - total peace of mind buying from them

Who wants to return iPhone anyway?
Costco returns policy doesn't have a time limit, so long as you are still a member ..... but there are exceptions for the following categories: cigarettes, alcohol, diamonds, custom products and electronics.

the electronics exception T&C's are ......
Electronics: Costco will accept returns within 90 days (from the date member received merchandise) for the following products and other similar products: consumer electronics, major appliances, computers and tablets, cameras, mobile phones (return details will vary by carrier service contract) and MP3 players (the 90 day return policy limit does not include kitchen counter-top small appliances). In addition Costco also extends the Manufacturer’s warranty to 5 years on Televisions and 2 years on Computers and Camcorders. All other products are subject to the remaining manufacturer's warranty.

so for iPhone will be 90 days

Yup, used to be good for large home appliances, however I'd go to JL now. Costco has gone down hill recently, IMO.
Why so cold, where is it cheaper (if you already have Costco membership)

Because it’s an iPhone . . . HOTUKD never changes for some reason people just hate iPhone deals =/
Seems this phone isn’t selling too well . Pro version does look better

I have a 7 and I need to upgrade so I went in the Apple Store convinced the pro would be what I wanted but nope, I prefer the 11. I want a bigger screen but I found the pro too small and the pro max a bit too big but the 11 is perfect. I also prefer the lcd screen over the OLED but I know I’m in the minority, I guess it’s what I’m used to. For over £400 difference on the 256gb 11 vs Pro Max it’s really not worth the extra money in my opinion.
Looks like a good price, anywhere cheaper?

Thats just the 90 days no quibble return policy, not he warranty duration. Which will be the usual 1 year manufacture warranty, though electronic are usually extended by another year. Though as most people have said if you take it back after the warranty period, and the condition is good they will often consider a refund.

So John Lewis are better for returns?, I recently had to return something to them, service was utter carp and had nothing but trouble, too them 4 days to respond to an email. You only have to look at the reviews now, last time I looked it was something like one star.
Do you add VAT at Costco never been?
Pardon my ignorance is this the same as the iPad 11 pro?
I mean iPhone 11 Pro

Their prices in store have both ex VAT and inc VAT on the tickets.

I use both android and IOS and tbh there isn’t a vast difference between them unless you start going into rooting etc. It just seems stupid these idiotic fanboy wars =/ and my main gripe isn’t even OS between the two I tend to favour Apple because I often have horrible experiences with android hardware they always seem to develop some kind of hardware fault even though I don’t think I’ve dropped a phone in over 10 years but it seems the general idea of a lot of internet users to try and force their opinions on others but meh they can disagree with me all they want it doesn’t lessen my experience xD

Totally agree with you. I use two phones. One android and other iOS and I can't stay without an iPhone. Of I sell my iPhone I buy one immediately. Won't android battery drain and app behaviour is so variable. One day it's fine and other day it's not.

This definitely doesn't deserve to be sub-zero, if you have a costco membership already. Voted hot for what little it's worth.
