Wish is not the best place to buy. Doubt if it is real and warranty unexistent.

Depends on the person.
Will this be locked to O2 or unlocked?
Are these unlocked does anyone know
top price / would recommend the 128gb at these prices (and for resale value), but you can make do with the 64gb as well if you have a cloud storage or an offline mechanism setup.
Bought the iPhone X back in October when it was £399. Returned and am still fighting to get my refund back. Wouldn't touch any O2 deal ever ever again.

Returned due to condition of phone? If it was a Like New Phone were there any scratches?
"Like New devices are not brand new, but they’re not far off"

"there will be no more than five deep scratches or chips"

haha what a joke
Great deal but not sure how they can say it’s like new with this possibility of “no more than five deep scratches” or at worse “chips up to 2mm in length”. I mean jeez if that does put you off. I feel o2 need to retract the like new statement unless it actually is. Still a v.very good price though if you willing to play the roulette wheel and see what you get

I've posted hundreds of these deals, and the only ever negative feedback I got regarding condition, was the like new iPhone X last year, they couldn't fulfill all orders, so sourced them elsewhere, some people got stickers with grade C written on, very rare

Totally agree, how can they be called 'like new'? Should be called 'damaged and neglected'.

Ah ok in that case then, that fills me with much more confidence. I guess then are just protecting themselves incase one should reach you in that condition. It still makes me feel a tad wary though I must admit. I would say they need to give specific feedback per item like amazon do but then we all know that can be a minefield too

Couldn't agree more, thoigh I imagine the amount they get through the place, it would take a lot of man power to inspect each one

Had one was perfect - brand new or refurbished by Apple as had 12 month warranty. It had an issue so went back for a swap. Had 4 replacements from then as they all arrived chipped and scratched (not like the first device). Took over 2 months to be refunded...

Again, 50/50, o2 are generally one of the better ones, though clearly not in your case. Sorry buddy

That is true and no doubt a significant increase in price! Still thinking it’s a ‘cracking’ deal though (sorry I really couldn’t resist). Thanks for posting mr switch!
