Heat given but I won’t pull the trigger. 64GB just isn’t enough storage.
I can see there being alot of iphone 11s returned, so should be plenty of stock

Depends how you view it. iOS 13 takes up less space. Apps now take up less space than previously. Still get U1 and A13 processor with 4GB ram.

A lot of people get unlimited data SIM or ones with high amount of data like me. So you can stream everything or use cloud. Apple is cheaper than Google for drive storage.

I don't tend to use a lot of apps. Only reason why I would pull back from 64GB is video at 4K|60 and photos.

Guess it depends on what phone you are coming from and your situation. I came from the X and quite happy with my upgrade and I managed to get a good trade in price so didn’t cost me too much.

Each to their own but surely you know the situation / whether you can afford it before you order?
What's the quality of the refurbished phone like from this supplier? I've received "good" quality refurbs before that were clearly used by Edward Scissorhands.

I'm buying it for the camera alone, which is top drawer!

What do you use your storage on? I can’t see how so many people say they need more than 64, unless you aren’t streaming music.

These are generally customer returns as opposed to refurbished, from previous postings anyway
Do these come with 12 month warranty
maybe they returned it because it has dead pixels?

Of course yeah. If you aren't happy, mpd are notoriously difficult to deal with, so patience is needed.

I have 27GB of family photos on my phone taken over the last 12 years, 70GB of music and 26GB of Retro game roms on my phone LOL.

Photos, 4k videos. My music not purchased from iTunes that’s backed up on my computer to name but a few.

Each user has their own needs. Mine is bigger storage.

I’m currently using an iPhone XR 128GB.
I’m backing up my photo’s monthly but still only have 7GB free.

This is now my secondary phone as my P30 pro has, IMO, a better camera and expandable storage. This allows me to do more and back up less.

Cloud storage is 79p a month, so much cheaper than paying extra for 256gb phone and safer too

Short but sweet

Actually I think you'll find that 50gb of iCloud storage costs £0.79 per month and 100gb of Google drive storage costs £1.59 a month or if you're willing to pay upfront £15.99, £1.33 a month.

My point is that not everyone needs 200gb. For myself 50gb was enough to back everything up off my device.

Google gives discount for paying for the whole year upfront which claws its way back in. The 2TB option costs £6.99 via Apple but comes down to £6.66 using the prepay option on Google drive.

Lmao. Feels awkward seeing people having to attach disclaimers to their posts when they are being humorous about something which in itself is kind of funny but also a little sad.

I would actually agree with you being ala Xiaomi. I follow you as you post so often and I'm rarely far from upgrading lmao. I almost. ALMOST. Feel bad about upgrading to my 7 Pro as I missed out on the 7T newly released as well as the iPhone series which have come out now and actually really decent compared to last year. People complaining about this years upgrades, have forgotten how dire last year was. Literally only release the new watch series and a big version of the iPhone X with more ram and new CPU.

Jealous schoolmates
What’s better : XS or 11?

As far as I can see , XS has telephoto camera for portrait blur but 11 doesn’t, instead it has night.
I personally would use telephoto more than night.

XS is stainless steel premium feel but 11 is aluminium

11 slightly better processed but doubt you’d be able to tell.

Xs is slightly smaller yet I prefer that.

So if upgrading from XS, do you think it’s worth it?

Also
XS comes in 512gb but I don’t think 11 does?

If I’m an XS, 11 is a downgrade for me, would have to be an 11 pro to be upgrade but then I wouldn’t bother as upgrade isn’t substantial year on year

Yeah, for all the hate against apple, they've done well this year (pricing aside of course) they've got one of, if not the best camera on a smartphone currently (until the pixel 4 rears its ugly head)

I feel I have to put the disclaimer in there, as some people take it the wrong way, when 99% of the time it's just tongue firmly in cheek.

I have been pulled up by members in the past who think I'm a little self involved? But if they knew me they'd know I'm just a geordie bloke who loves to have a laugh.

I'd agree with you but iPhones for whatever reason beyond me, other than all/most users backing up via iCloud, are STILL USB 2.0 using wired connections. That's dreadful for flagships in 2019.

Subjective because they're targeting different users. If you're gonna bung your phone in a case and most people do, then the premium sides etc don't really matter because you'll never if ever feel them. 11 has the wide angle lens and with minimal distortion. XS is slightly smaller but has worse battery life than 11 which is better than XR which was battery champ before this years 11 Pro Max. 11 goes up to 256gb. How anyone could need more above that is beyond me tbh.

If you have the XS, keep it. Grass isn't drastically greener on the other side. You're moving from OLED display at 458 PPI to LCD display at 326 PPI. Side by side you'll notice the difference but otherwise you probably won't.
