It is generally hit & miss with all of these companies unless you go direct, but then you are paying £300 more

A while back I bought an iPhone 11 in pristine which was sent back as it obviously not pristine. And a xs max which was good but arrived pristine. I think its pot luck.

Music magpie seem to have better customer service with regards to returns than most in my experience and good when you sell to them as well. It is pot luck when buying h though.

Ordered a 12 pro as "good condition". I would say its in "very good" borderline "excellent" condition. Had one small scratch on screen which you cant see when phone is on and you can't feel it with your finger. No marks on the casing. Pot luck with these I think. Battery is 86%. (edited)
