    My 13 pro from switchy’s previous giff gaff deal back in Feb was basically new. Still under Apple warranty. 512gb cost £800. Thanks again my main man Switchy!!

    Looks like a few people got them with decent battery life. Is battery life mentioned anywhere before sale? What bugged me with musicmagpie (other than their inflated prices of late. Buy a second hand phone for 1% off the price of a new phone) is their highest rated condition doesnt account for the battery, i went for highest immaculate condition and received one with battery marginally off dead, and their support said “yeah, nothing out of the ordinary, pristine condition with 80% battery life is fine in our book”.

    Got a 256GB 13 Pro Max off a private seller on eBay, practically new condition, 95% battery health and no scratches, cracks, scuffs or dents for £745.
    You can find better than this giffgaff deal if you look around on eBay.

    Pay the extra £100 for ‘Like New’. 

    I ordered a couple of ‘very good’ phones which are supposed to have ‘Pristine’ screens. And they were horrible. Scratches all over. I ended up sending back for refund

    Decent prices for a brilliant phone but paying £100 more for like new is the way to go in my opinion. Mine came with 100% battery when I bought it over 6 months ago and it’s still on 100% today, 12 month Apple warranty aswell.

    Got my iPhone 13 Pro today. Really good condition but unfortunately it doesn't register. It hangs on the select country page. I contacted apple and they took me through the steps and still doesn't work. They recommended I return the phone.
    I tried to contact gifgaf, no telephone number available. I completed a form, they said they will email me back in 48 hours
    Never use this company again. Cold from me for sure (edited)

    Selecting the Like New one does not give the option of skipping the "goody bag". I encounter
    " If you don't have an active giffgaff SIM you'll need to buy a minimum £10 goodybag with this phone."

    Be aware that giffgaffs ‘David T’ cancelled my £10 goodybag but is point blank refusing to cancel my misses one when buying this deal. I know it’s a only a tenner but factor that in.

    You would have to check when it arrives in settings whether any 3rd party parts had been installed.

    Anyone know what companies are good for refurbished phones they have 15% off atm on ebay so can get a deal on ones from like musicmagpie and loop mobile. Was wondering if anyone had any knew if they could be trusted

    I think both can be trusted, have bought from both of them.
    Purchased two iPhone 13 Pros from loop_mobile recently for £600/each, both came next day, about 90% battery and few visible marks for Very Good condition.
    I'm aware both also have seller-paid free returns for 30days aswell.

    Received my 1Tb "Like New" device, even though on the website it says no visible scratches on the screen or body, mine has a tiny scratch on the frame (not a big deal), but worse - it has a dent on the camera lens bezel. Really annoying.
    Otherwise, it's great. 100% battery life and the screen is perfect.
    I'm considering replacement, but they don't have any 1Tb models in stock at the moment

    Don't order check for other places to buy.

    Ordered however its been a week and not delivered. DPD and Giffgaff is playing around and got a message today saying that its being returned to Giffgaff. DPD never tried to deliver. Hopefully I will get my refund in next 14 days.
    DPD delivery is terrible with false delivery information. They never try to deliver however they say they tired few times.

    Just had the Green “Excellent” delivered 🙌 Really happy with it, basically new. 100% battery health and Apple warranty until august. 2 small faint marks on the screen but I can only see them with a torch.

    Also apparently I’ll get £60 back from Quidco. Never used it before so I’ll believe it when I see it.
