I ordered a 'like new' a month or so ago, which went back due to having scratches.
Oh dear I was hoping an excellent would be decent. Doesn’t sound promising. What battery % did it have?

Had a ‘pristine’ 12 Pro Max delivered this week. Back and screen were perfect but some small chinks on the sides and battery was only 89% so sent straight back (edited)

Got my 1tb alpine green 13 pro today, 100% battery and is truly in pristine condition. Still 6 months of AppleCare remaining too, very impressed, would have preferred unactivated applecare but can't complain. Very impressed.
I purchased a Sierra Blue 256gb 13 Pro Max last week, Excellent condition. It looked like new with 100% battery health and also has warranty until 4th September this year

Bought an excellent condition Sierra blue, 256gb 13 pro max for £859. Came with 100% battery, mint condition and apple care until 28th oct 2023 (edited)
It’s not cheap but after a number of very good/good Music magpie phones having scratches on the screens I’ve given up with them. Returns were always easy though to be fair

I ordered very good and its came pretty much brand new and 100% so happy with this deal
How much apple service coverage did you get left? I got 10 months on an excellent…. Wondering if the very good and excellent are just the same (edited)

Ordered very good 256GB in Blue - came with scratches on screen, dent on the side and battery health 92%. Returned it.
Ordered very good 256GB in Black - Came in mint condition with no scratch front & back. Battery health 100%.
Paid £799. Went via TCB. So £40 cashback on top.

    Thanks OP.
I see tcb is only £34?

Cashback? Any how is 'good' condition on these?
I'm waiting for the comment "ordered good came like brand new not a single mark on it, even had 12months apple warranty left" (edited)

Top tip: email customer services to cancel the goodybag had to argue with them a bit but their terms state goodybags don’t apply to pre-owned devices and a few back and forths I got it refunded

Devices are dispatched from likewize insurance services most likely were customer returns etc go when not viable to resell direct on giffgaff (edited)
but on the flip side if you want to get the £60 Topcashback you'll need to activate the sim then hand in your notice (so £6 cost for the first month)

Do they accept paypal as payment?
    I've never had Paypal option

    Are the phoned sim free?

Do these come in original box and accessory? ie cable
No. They come in a brown box with the charger cable and sim removable pin.

A question for those that went via TCB, as part of the condition to get cashback it says you have to activate the sim / the £6 goodybag (which means you go into a month by month contract), I've had it live for a few days and am going to cancel it now. Has anyone been through the process? Assuming it is straight forwards
