    The release price was £1,199 being £174 more than this. So the quoted price (no longer active) is a 14 % reduction As much as we'd all like it to happen they've never reduced them heavily half way through the year anyway, it's still the latest phone on the market as we speak. As deals go this is ok.

    Those saying too expensive look at the 13 pro max when the 14 came it didn't drop much and the only good deals were tied to a sim deal - the other good deals at the time usually came from refurbs which I initially purchased for around £800 which was a hot deal with Vodafone but returned as only 2 months warranty with apple left on it.

    Thus for me a good deal as its new and 12 months warranty with apple so thanks OP, I was thinking of holding out for 256GB deal but then I won't use it.

    I was also being offered it with 12 months interest free through Amazon (not the Barclays deal).
