These can't be unlocked for at least 6 months from first use on EE. Beware of that.

Thanks for the point, please why cant it be unlocked immediately?
Prefer the white one.
Good price
One item for sale, brand new account, regardless if fulfilled by Amazon, I would rather pays my money elsewhere and get some form of trust when it comes to such high amount of money for such items like phones.

EE won't let you until you have been with them for 6 months and then they are very painful at doing it, though unauthorised unlocks arevavailable in my mind its not worth it.

Good price.Struggling with what to choose though.http://goo.gl/rT7Nz

HTC One
Wait.. I have a better idea

Chuck this sim in it (get tethering aswell)

You can get the phone unlocked elsewhere (eBay for example):

Not quite so. You must have been using Iphone 5(which you wanna to unlock) for at least 6 months to be able to unlock it. They do not unlock immediately even you have been with T-Mobile for 10 years. Pain in the ****...
Iphone 4s is better

£388 is hardly any more than other high-end smartphones..? Everything is pretty poor value compared to an unlocked Nexus 4. I think £388 is still a lot of money for a phone, regardless of what it is, but it's not "overpriced Apple", it's "overpriced phones".

Hot for price but freezing cold for the phone network it's locked to.
Won't be unlocked for six months
Voting cold

I'd love to know how you came to this decision?....
Rather have a nexus 4, a great phone and not locked to any network and £100 cheaper.

Voting cold

On what grounds?

Have you found it cheaper somewhere else that you're not telling us about? Or it because it doesn't suit your particular needs?

COLD from me. Its a NIGHTMARE to get it unlocked from orange /ee. I had my contract for 2 years. And after finishing contract they would not unlock it. Its now sitting next garbage bin...

Isn't that what I said?
so going to be stuck with this boring design for another year :-/ the 5s will look the same.

"EE won't let you until you have been with them for 6 months..." It is not enough to be with them for 6 months, but iPhone5 MUST be used for 6 months. My mate has been with them for 3 years, but they dont unlock iPhone 5,which he has bought just couple months ago. They will check yours iPhones 5 IMEI and if you haven't used it for 6 months- no unlock even for £20.40.
Tempting offer. Wary of the deal based on the price and the high number of iPhone clones coming out of china. Would you be able to get your money back if you were sold a fake ? If you could then I'd certainly look again.

This is not a clone, don't worry. Amazon will refund 100% if it is.
it can be easily unlocked via software or pay your local phone shop £10-15 like i did its no big deal

I've not heard of iPhone 5's able to be unlocked that easily.
Looking at the unlock options on eBay people are charging around £100 to unlock! Not sure how they're doing it.

I could be wrong but when the seller is not amazon the refund would have to be honoured by the seller. The seller is new. I'd be a little more confident dealing with a more established seller. Sorry. Hopefully people do grab a bargain with this deal and are happy. I think this was the intention of the OP.
Great price, but in a month or so you will wish you spent a couple of hundred quid more (_;) No vote either way from me.

How's a slower, fatter and smaller phone better, think before you speak.
Amazon WILL directly refund you if there's a problem.

better aesthetics?
oO

dude, be more specific. as that's a bold acusation
What's BP Apple?
Someone from a phone shop maybe able to confirm this, but I think all apple phones unless bought unlocked, lock to the first sim you put in, so if u put an o2 sim in before the EE it would lock to o2.

CPW and Phones4U - locks to first network, these on Amazon locked to EE already, hence the price.
