Cold, not for the item but the seller. Check out all the negative Ebay feedback before you commit to a purchase you might well regret.

Their feedback loots pretty good to me.

Less than one negative feedback per 100 items, and all those negs say they had good customer service and full refunds
I bought a 4S a while a go it was described as "Excellent Condition" when I received it it was full of marks, scratches and dings. Never again will this seller get my money. Just look at this months feedback it tells you how they operate.

Er, 112 negative feedbacks so far this month. The last one says: '"Warning" Item never received, asking eBay to step in''

Don't know whose feedback you were looking at then.

maybe you should look again, 112 negative in a month, vs 13,500 postivie this month. thats a pretty solid feedback rate.

for comparison, Tesco's ebay feedback is 3643 postive, 23 negative, so near on identicle feedback rates.

and if tesco aren't trustworthy enough for you to shop with, its probably best to quit online shopping entirely!
